From the moment we were greeted at reception by the GM Christian we instantly felt like our holiday had begun. Every member of staff was keen to please and the customer service skills were exceptional. The environment created by the very modern design of the hotel made the stay that bit more special. Day spa was fantastic we experienced 4 different treatments and all fantastic and for a hotel very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cambodia.

Room Tip: We were on the first floor and room was great whilst we had a view the rooms are so exceptional we w...

My family and I make trips to Siem Reap every few months. On my last visit, my favorite hotel was booked and I had to opt for another choice - Shinta Mani. This hotel turned out to be faboulous! The staff was wonderful and professional, the rooms and beds were comfortable, the pool area was very relaxing and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. This hotel has become my new favorite place to stay in Siem Reap! You better quick because I am telling everyone in Singapore about this little gem.

We stayed only two nights at this boutique hotel. it is very nice , perfectly located and they really take care of you. On our departure morning, the lady at the front desk stayed with us while waiting for the taxi that was taking us to the border, making sure everything was fine. thank you, Ratanak.

This hotel is so beautifully designed, it puts any Ian Schrager hotel to shame!! Rooms are spacious, shower is amazing, every detail is perfect. Service is impeccable, every employee loves their job and it shows. Morning breakfast buffet and a la carte items are exactly what you need before a day of temple trekking... located 2 blocks from Pub Street and the Night Market. This is our hotel each and every time we return to Siem Reap. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone that loves modern hotels with excellent service at an excellent price...

Fantastic boutique style hotel. Rooms were large and furnished stylishly. Everytime we arrived back either from a Tour or a walk we were greeted with smiles and cold towels. Staff were amazing and attentive. Definitely will be choosing this hotel when we stay in Siem Reap again.

I had just one day to enjoy Sieam Reap and Angkor and with all kinds of complicated times, connections and circumsatances, and the staff is Shinta Mani coped with absolutely everything everything. They solved all my needs and always made sure that was really the best and my preferred option - and all of it with a big smile in their face showing they were very happy to being able to help someone to enjoy their place - even if that means less sleep or extra effort. Then you learn they have a school in which they are helping needed children to earn a living and that actually many of the members of the staff were there and you are impressed: not only they provide a flawless service in a beautiful and very stilish hotel, on top of that they are helping the local community. No question about it, next time I go to Angkor - and there will be a next time - I will stay again here again, hopefully for a bit longer

Room Tip: My overlooked the swimming pool which it beautiful during the day, but most of all during the night.
