We went to Chanrey Tree for lunch. Delicious! The spring rolls and crispy sticky rice were excellent. The Seafood with Kampot Pepper is a must try! Service was warm and attentive. We would go back in a heart beat!

Had spent 5 days in Bangkok and had enjoyed the food, but sometimes felt the chilli factor masked some of the tastes or everything was deep fried.....
What a change to experience Cambodian food.
Starters were shared between all 4 of us, spring rolls, crispy rice with peanut dip.
mains didn't disappoint with Fish amok curry, steamed fish, plenty of vegetables in the dishes too. Our daring son even went for the grilled, stuffed frog.
If this is Khmer food, can't wait to try more.
Service was helpful and prompt too, we were made to feel very welcome.

We had dinner here after watching the show Phares, so it is kind of late. Overall the food was great, given the décor, we expected the price to be on the higher side. They have a few Khmer dishes that I didn't see in other Cambodia restaurant. Quite unique.

Decor wise, I think Chanrey Tree one of the fancier one, great lighting, comfy chair and open kitchen design etc. The only thing that bugged us a bit is we have a few bugs that landed on our plates while we were enjoying the good food.

The decor was magical especially at night with all the fairy lights.
Just watch the stepping stones in high heels!!
Very modern and stylish while still maintaining a Cambodian feel.
This is not the place to go for a quick cheap meal.
But saying that our meal for four people including drinks was only $AU 20 per head.
Expensive in Cambodian terms but very affordable in Western terms.
Chanrey Tree is a place to go for a romantic meal or intimate dinner with friends.
It is an both a culinary experience and a visual feast.
I really enjoyed the environment and the food was fabulous.

We found Chanrey House by accident, though it is apparently well-known. We had a delightful meal with our children (9 & 11), including the papaya seafood salad, the fresh spring rolls, the fish amok, and several other seafood dishes. The squid in these dishes may have been the most tender and flavorful I've ever had.

The service was also exemplary, attentive without being fawning. We've had trouble with meal pacing at restaurants throughout Asia, but this all was delivered flawlessly.

The meal was perhaps pricey Cambodian standards, at $100 for the four of us, but included several drinks and dessert.

All in all, one of our best meals in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia so far!
