We stayed 2 nights, 5 minutes to markets and the rooms are ver luxurious , breakfast choice is huge an staff are attentive, friendly and speak very good English. Cold towels on arrival on a hot day shopping was a nice touch. Try an get a free upgrade if you can

Excellent! This hotel has outstanding, friendly service. I highly recommend staying here. When my phone malfunctioned & Jetstar cancelled my flight they went out of their way to assist. Special thanks to Sean. The pool, restaurant and room are all good. The breakfast is amazing and you are treated like royalty. You will not find better value and, as said, better service. It is a short tuk tuk ride into town. They are able to sort out any tour queries you have professionally. I will certainly stay again.

Room Tip: Non-smoking rooms are available.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and was completely impressed by the customer service we received. They helped arrange transportation and an ATV excursion. Their staff greeted us daily. Well worth the cost. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here while touring the temples in Cambodia. The hotel itself is beautiful. The service was really great. They were very friendly and really nice to our kids. (Ages 11 and 9) They even let my daughter try one of the musical instruments in the lobby! Really great hotel.

The staff were some of the best that we have encountered during our holiday. Always polite, willing to help wherever they can and going way above and beyond.

We organised our tours both for the temples on one day and the floating village and museums the otber day all through the hospitality desk. The organised the tour guide and the tuk tuk driver at the time we wanted and added the cost to our room bill. We thought this was hassle free and easy.

The lobby is beautiful in this place!

My only crticism is the lack of pool lounges. It would be good if they had more available. We were lucky and snagged the last ones on 2 occasions but it would've been disappointing for people after us.

Overall amazing service, great buffet breakfast, and great stay. A great place to relax and have a holiday as well as base yourself for visiting the temples

We stayed here for one night. Was very impressed right from the time we reached. Beautiful &grand lobby. Check in was very fast. Was served a traditional snack and given cold towels. Staff were very friendly & helpful. They even called & made reservation for dinner at a restaurant of our choice. Room was comfortable and pillows were so plush.Wifi was very fast as well. Location wise nothing much within walking distance but the market and pub street is about 10 minutes tuk tuk ride which costs 2-3 USD. breakfast was really good. Wide variety of yummy food. Loved the crepe and waffles station. Overall a great luxurious stay here
