Excellent food, my husband said that the red curry ($4) was the best he had had and although I have only had 1 other fish amok ($4) it was excellent quality. Genevieve's offers both a small but good cambodian and western selection of foods, our son had the beef (australian) lasagne ($5) and it was beautifully cooked, meaty and creamy. They have a small clean busy kitchen which you can watch at work, a clean western toilet and the outdoor eating area is relaxed with a good mix of western music. It is a small restaurant but with enough seating to create a nice atmosphere. The staff were adorable, good pleasant service, and the waiter did sing 2 old traditional cambodian songs and an english song without musical accompaniment which was lovely. Cocktails form $1.50 and a daily special, we enjoyed the mango liqueur crepes ($4 and enough to share) for dessert :) highly recommended. It is a little bit hidden but there is a big sign outside. They also support cambodian NGO's and give their staff extra training over and above what they need to do the job.
