Simply put I was craving American style food and took a chance on this place. My impression is SR is that it's a bit of a tourist trap. My food here was amazing and it bucked the expectation I had of many places here.
The meat was I great quality and the burger on par with US standards and even beat a few of those. Plating was clever and well done. I also had onion rings that were equally tasty.
Drinks were well made and balanced. And a steal in terms of pricing for the environment (indoors with full AC).
This turned our to bet most expensive meal of my trip so far ($13). That makes it a little high for my regular meal budget ($3-6) at mostly food carts and small Khmer stands. It did scratchy itch for comfort food and without a doubt a great value for the superior quality meat, service, and setting.
