I and my family was there for two night three day, the room was comfortable and breakfast was so nice. my kid was enjoyable with the swimming pool. on the booking it was including with free tuk tuk to the city and the temple. The staff help us to organize the tour guide to visit the temple.

we will came back and recommend to our friend.

We had a wonderful 5night stay at the Angkor Heritage Hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating. They all fell in love with our 10month old daughter and knew her name straight away and even entertained her whilst we ate our meals at the restaurant. The restaurant was pleasant and had a highchair for our LO, the chef even made baby food when requested.

Rooms: Were big enough for the three of us, beautiful four posted bed, aircon, fan, very clean and presentable, they provided a baby cot but it was an accident waiting to happen. So we asked for another cot, they did their best to find another one but they couldn't get one up to standard. My husband decided to go to the one and only baby store in Siem Reap and wanted to buy a portable cot. Surprisingly they had one and the hotel offered to pay 70% of the cost! We were very appreciative for that! What great service.

Food: The food menu was good but the food was not consistent as when ordered the same thing the next day it tasted not as good (they may have had two different chefs) other than that the food was good and well presented.

Location: The location is a little bit out of the main area of Siem Reap but the hotel can easily organise a Tuk Tuk for you for $5USD return or $3 one way.

The hotel also provides airport pick up and drop off.

Tours/Temples: The hotel helped us arrange a 1/2 day private tour with driver and tour guide and packed us breakfast to take along.

All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: If traveling with baby, bottom floor is best as no elevators just stairs, property is only 3 stories...

We recently stayed at the Heritage Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia. What a delightful experience. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. The food was exceptional with a varied menu and great presentation.
Our party included our 22 month old grand-daughter. The staff all knew her name within a few minutes and took great care of her at every opportunity.
The Manager/Owner is very pro-active and takes time to make sure he greets all guests, as does the Chef.
We were lucky enough to stay in the hotels suites which were beautifully designed and very relaxing.
To complete this wonderful experience, a drive to the airport in a classic 1968 Mercedes Benz previously owned by the King of Cambodia.

The rooms are really nice here and our family had two connecting ones. Big beds overlooking the pool area and balconies. Nice bathrooms. Clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was nice -- breakfast was slow some days but people were so nice that it was hard to be upset.
I did think it slightly expensive for the area. Not much to walk to and needed tuk tuk everywhere. It was near the main market though so could have walked. Pool was nice and grounds lovely. A good stay.

For Cambodian standards a good option to stay. Extremely friendly staff and a caring manager, which I think is always a good sign. I didnt find the food too spectacular (breakfast was ok, but the green curry i had was very average). Rooms are spacious and designed in a colonial style with nice bathrooms. Location great as its close to Angkor. Beware of the mosquitos though, as they re everywhere, even in your room. Would i come back? Sure.

Warmly welcomed when we arrived with swift check in, rooms clean very comfortable and well prepared, with generous bathroom. Meals were all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The hotel staff was waiting for us at the airport and took us swiftly to hotel. The inclusive tuk tuk each day was great, taking us from site to site or restaurant and waiting for us until we were ready to go to next place. A very nice hotel with excellent staff, very good value for money, would recomend to anyone, many thanks .

I'm glad when I stay in this hotel with my family. This hotel is better than many hotel that I have ever stay in Siem Reap. Why did I say this hotel so better? Cuz of the room so comfortable, the garden & pool so beautiful and with cocktail that I drink is so great. Esp, my breakfast & dinner are very good taste, and I like the staffs at there so friendly, cuz they helped me when I need something all the time.
Finally, this hotel becomes my first choice that I will stay when I go to Siem Reap.
