We stayed for three nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Lotus Blanc. We very much appreciated the welcome beverage and cold/scented towel to refresh us after our long bus trip. We also loved the complimentary Khmer meal that was served...absolutely delicious! On top of that, the rooms were very comfortable, showers excellent, very clean, great buffet, and super friendly and helpful staff to help us make arrangements around town.

We were picked up by a friendly guide and greeted at the hotel by a very helpful manager who did our best to ensure our stay would be a relaxing and pleasurable one. Our room was simply furnished, but clean- we were surprised and delighted to find beautiful floral decorations upon arrival. The grounds were truly lovely- we enjoyed time in and around the pool, taking advantage of the happy hour. While the massages at $22 may seem over priced compared to other local offerings, they were well worth it. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding, culminating a very personal meal on our final night. We had some reservations about the deserted restaurant, but the 5 course traditional Cambodian meal was truly wonderful- beautifully plated with excellent taste and quality. A wonderful stay.

Lotus Blanc is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Siem Reap with great deals-breakfast included. The staff is extremely friendly and If you ever need anything, just ask the manager Roberto-he will take care of you! The poolside happy hour is very refreshing after a long hot day out at Angkor Wat (with a great price), and if you would like to indulge a little bit more, book massage. These are great ways to wind down after an adventurous day. For a $2 Tuk-Tuk ride, head on out to Pub Street for dinner and drinks. There you can stay out late with the night crowd or head back to the Lotus Blanc for a night movie at the pool.

Stayed at Lotus Blanc for three days as my friends and I were traveling through Southeast Asia. Great customer service from the hotel staff. They genuinely went out of their way to accommodate my friends and I with any reasonable request. The hotel is in great location to Angkor Wat and also a $2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. Will definitely be coming back and staying at Lotus Blanc in the future.

If you are looking for a beautiful hotel with exceptional service look no further. Perfectly located within Angkor Wat and the town center this hotel offers a fabulous breakfast, beautiful pool and staff who literally pamper you and attend to your every need. My daughter and I just returned from Siem Reap and I would stay in this Hotel again without hesitation. The rooms are super spacious, quiet, and have nice views over the garden. I have to say though, it was the service that really stood out. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is 100%, thank you to all the staff at Lotus Blanc, we truly appreciated your kindness and service.

Room Tip: The rooms on the upper levels afford a nice view.
