“A very special honeymoon”
Reviewed June 27, 2013 via mobile

My husband and I stayed at Lotus Blanc on our honeymoon and words fail to describe how grateful we are to the amazing staff of Lotua Blanc and especially assistant hospitality manager Jenny for making our stay so special!! The hotel itself offers way more for its 4 stars, the rooms are spacious and with great view of the magnificent pool, where we swam every morning after work out at the gym, also located on the premises. The breakfast was simply divine, with many options to choose from, including egg station, noodle soup station and hot waffle and pancake station in addition to the buffet. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it costs 2 dollars by tuk tuk to get to the city. But what's truly priceless in Lotus Blanc Resort is its staff. I've stayed in many 5-star and 4-star hotels, however none of them can be compared to Lotus Blanc Resort Hospitality. Not only did we receive a beautiful arrangement in our hotel room for our honeymoon, including a bottle of great sparkling wine, but we also got to experience a truly marvelous complimentary dinner (a part of the package this season)! The final touch of the dinner was a chocolate cake, arranged by Jenny (she's an angel, really!) as compliments for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our stay at Lotus Blanc and would strongly recommend everyone going to Siem Reap to stay there. We are now in our next destination, in a 5 star hotel and we can't help but compare everything to our Lotus Blanc Resort experience and we miss it dearly!!!

I booked 3 rooms with this hotel for my family of 7 (5 adults 2 kids). After a tired long flight, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who provided us with welcome drink ( the Coconut was big enough for two people :)) Because one other family member hasnt come, we wanted to cancel a room, but unfortunately they couldn't do it because i had booked online with hotels.com. Other than that the service was excellent. The rooms were big and clean and very spacious. The pool was a good size and the kids had a really good time each evening. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The A/C in one of our rooms stopped working, the staff acted on it immediately and switched us to a different room and offered complimentary body massage for the trouble we went through :) The staff were very friendly and greeted us each time they saw us. I am happy that I booked with Lotus Blanc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Pool/Garden view rooms are good choice.

We stayed 4 days at this property. It was great... Clean, big rooms, excellent showers. Staff was very helpful - Mr Pannith the manager... Gave great suggestions on places where we could Eat, how we should tour the temples. Staff is efficient and friendly - respond to all your questions and needs. even gave us a packed breakfast for our trip back. They have a good breakfast spread- it gets very busy in the morning as lots of tourists try to get to the temples early.
The pool is a bit shallow - but is a good size. We stayed in the pool facing rooms

The Lotus Blanc Resort is incredible. The hotel itself is great - spacious, clean rooms, luxurious pool area, great small gym, relaxed lobby and beautiful dining room! We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel as we were adventuring around Angkor and Siem Reap... but I wish we did! The staff were all so polite, and exceptionally accommodating. They were so helpful, friendly, and always looking out for us. Jenny (Assistant Resident Host Manager) was amazing, made sure that we always had everything we needed, we loved her!

Having arrived in Siem Reap airport the first day of our vacation, I was a little worried about the times ahead. However, the hotel driver Pranith made sure we were welcomed, and happy!

The next thing was - entering the hotel. Reception was polite, smiling and warm. We were then taken to our room which was big and done up very well.

Only downside would be the pool, but apart from that, I would recommend this hotel!

Roberto (the manager of the hotel) and his staff are incredible . The rooms are mazing, large, luxurious super clean, terrific showers. I can't state how nice this hotel is (not to mention its terrific American-style breakfast).

The staff will cater to your every whim and do everything in their power to make your stay a once in a life-time experience. Whether thats offering to help you book a tour guide, flight or loan you a laptop from the front desk in a pinch. Whatever your request you can be sure the staff of the Lotus Blanc with a warm smile will try to fulfill your request. If you're going to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat this hotel is a no brainer, book today before its sold out!
