This is our fourth stay in less than a years' time. We are so warmly welcomed each time. Each staff member is so very kind and accommodating and so many remember us, which is surprising considering how many people travel through here. The staff is highly trained, but the warm hospitality is truly genuine. Manager Roberto is very hospitable and knowledgeable. I would like to name each staff member, there are so many! But each person from the front door, to the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the gym, to the groundskeepers, to the house keeping, and security; each one makes you feel like you have returned home to family. We recommend you highly to all who visit the Kingdom of Cambodia. With gratitude,
Bridget & Don Brewster

excellent staff, very good installations, they take care of most details, ...
it deserves every dollar you pay starting by the room, breakfast, staff, garden and pool, ...
we would improve menu at the resto and availability of drinks at late night in the garden (understandable as people go to bed early for visiting temples)
do not miss the oportunity to stay there

The staff here is very friendly. But not everyone speaks english, and if they don't understand you, they try to laugh it off.

As for the room, its quite spacious. (Might take some time to feel the AC). I love the TV. Sheets are clean and comfy but the bed itself is one of the downsides. Its not bad. Its just that its not good. The bathroom that i got have (toothpaste?) stains by the sink. No bidet. The shower wasn't working when i got there but they were able to fix it quickly.

Wifi is a pain. Coverage is poor, and if your room is far from the router, chances are you won't be online. Also, it wasn't up 100% of the time.

As for the food, the breakfast is great. There's bacon and as far as I am concerned, that's all that matters. we also tried the pizza at the coco bar. It was just ok. pizza from Happy herbs is much better.

at the back of the hotel is a swimming pool. Nothing special. Nothing bad. Our slippers got stolen though.

Note that lotus blanc is on the main highway and Far from town. You can get a tuktuk from the front desk. It will cost you $2. And another $2-$3 to get back. Another is option is to rent a bicycle (from town) and they have parking for it.

We were given 5 nights stay here as a part of a wedding gift. From airport pick-up to drop-off, every thing about the hotel was better than expected.

We travel a lot to Asia - Bali, Singapore, KL, Viet Nam and India; and the friendliness of staff made the hotel a place to where we would return.

Jenny, the manager at the reception organised a wonderful surprise with flowers on the bed as well as a bottle of champagne upon our arrival. The reception team went out of their way to make sure that everything we did was pleasant.

We ended up hiring a remok/tuk-tuk driver through the hotel, "Mr.O" who turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. I am always reluctant to use hotels in this way, and prefer to deal direct with a driver, but Mr. O was brilliant. We used Mr. O for 4 days worth of touring to Tonle Sap and the floating villages, Angkor Wat, Bayoun, Ta Prohm and Ta Keo. He understood when we had enough and knew when to offer other services; something which is a welcome relief somedays.

Breakfasts in the hotel were great, and the pool nice and big. 'Hong' the concierge was also very welcoming and jovial, and did his best to ensure everything was ok. the laundry service had a great time turn around - only 4 hours from handing it in to getting it back.

Pros: Only 3 minutes to the main entertainment district of Siem Reap.
Mini-mart across the road for cheaper soft-drinks/beers/snacks to drink in the hotel room etc.
Cons: The bar in the pool area. We are used to more 'Bali' like bars where there is always someone serving there. We did on on or two days have staff down there (who were a great laugh) but I think the main focus wasn't on "this type of guest" (not that we're drunken bums or anything) and it is/was the off season when we visited.

Room Tip: nothing really - our room was quiet. We had 224.

I and my partner stayed here for 5 nights. This is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay. Their hospitality is excellent and the staff in-charge are kind and helpful. The suite has a great ambience and nicely decorated. The breakfast served in the hotel has many options (especially for vegetarians). This resort is located very near to the airport and 2-3 kms away from the market. It will cost you 2 USD, if you take a tuk-tuk to the market. The hotel has a travel desk that may help planning your itinerary. Their travel desk service is little expensive, but they have good people in place. We strongly recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Cambodia.

I was pleasntly surprised to start with. From before arriving in siem reap i was in touch with the hotel and i gave them last minute notice that i will arrive a day earlier than scheduled and they were very prompt in their reply and i had a car waiting for me upon my arrival at the bus stop. The staff were all very professional and helpful and more in every way. The room and bathroom are spacious and it has all the facilities for comfort. The hotel is quite spacious as well with ponds of dragon fishes n lotus flowers)) the swimming pool is quite large and the staff their is also very prompt and always a geniune smile. I was very comfortabel in the hotel that i missed it when i went out! I would definately come back to siem reap to stay in the hotel mainly rather than visit all touristic spots. I was in contact mainly with chiva, laura and the amazing ms dany. They were more than wonderful. Ms dany is one exceptional human being and worker(thats something coming from me as im a tough but fair critic as id like to think..n be). I honestly the hotel will only go up in the ranking and im sure the owners, managment and staff have the plans and the ability to do so. All the best.

Lotus Blanc was a bigger hotel than the previous one we had stayed in. Very clean, lovely rooms and staff were friendly but l have a major gripe about the absence of information. There was no information in the rooms on how to make an outside phone call, spa treatments etc..nothing! I went down to query a few things and asked if maybe this information book had been removed from the room..this was met with puzzled looks. We caught a tuk tuk outside the front of the hotel and he showed us around the tourists areas but it would have been nice to have access to more information on this at the hotel. Would recommend a meal at Madame Butterfly..a lovely little oasis down the street. Also l couldnt access the wifi at the hotel but found free wifi at the supermarket down the street.
