Fantastic hotel with everything you could want, complimentary beer in the fridge, good pool, close to Pub Street. Went above and beyond by returning my lost phone to me at home after I left it behind. Thank you so much!

This hotel remains the favorite of me and my 8 year old. Classy yet welcoming, stylish and cozy, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and hope to return soon. The airport transfer was quick and comforting and the buffet breakfast was delicious and both were included in the reasonable rate. The stag arranged for guides and transportation for the sites and activities we were interested in. They also gave great suggestions when we headed out in foot. I have never felt so safe traveling as I did in Siem Reap and surrounding area. We have never encountered such a child-welcoming and honoring environment. As my son put it, "this is paradise mama". This hotel and Angkor Wat are forever in our hearts.

The location for this hotel is just walking distance away from the happening Old Market and Pub Street.
After 6 hours car journey, we were welcomed by enthusiastic staff, and delicious mung bean juices.
The room is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I personally find the room was a bit too dim. For those who like to read, you might struggle to find a decent lighting.
Wifi can be unstable at times and the breakfast was good.

Overall it was a great experience to stay in this hotel.
Will definitely recommend for those who like arts and style during their vacation stay.

We were lucky to have a great deal - free upgrade to a Suite when we booked online! Only downside was the suite is facing a mall, so you have to close your curtains throughout the day unless you want people looking into your room. Cos' we love natural sunlight - it was a bit unfortunate.

That said, the staff are wonderfully polite and helps you with whatever you need! Initiative too - offered to call local tour guide when he didn't turn up on time. Also helped us with calling some local places to arrange time / check for info.

Superb deal as it comes with complementary transfer service, complementary 30 mins foot massage (much anticipated after a long tiring day!), complementary laundry service and use of minibar (i think only beer, coke and water available).

Pool area is beautifully done.

Bfast is okay - though their coffee is good!

Location is good too - you could walk to Pub street...though we always took a tuk tuk ($2 per way) cos' it can get really really hot and we just want to conserve some energy!

There is also a pretty good Jap restuarant Hashi opp the hotel. Shopping mall is also next door, and further down, there is a good place for coffee - Nest!

Overall LOVE the hotel. gave 4 stars cos' of the shopping mall view and we had to close the curtains pretty much all the time. Otherwise, it would be a 5!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The hotel is central to everything in Siem Reap. The beds were comfortable and the pool area lovely. We can't say enough good things about this hotel. We highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Double check your inclusions when booking, make sure you have selected the correct promotion.

The hotel is well positioned in Siem Reap: it's just 5 mins walking from Pub Street. The rooms are very big and clean and the staff is very helpful. The can help you to organize your daytrip to the temple or to book taxy to reach the Cambodian/Thai border. The breakfast is in the average and the wi-fi is working good in the entire hotel.

As we drove up to the door I could see the pleasure on my 14 year old daughters face.
Siem Reap was one of the high lights of our holiday and it was made more so by the staff at Memoire D'Angkor.
The rooms are very tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The beds, very comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast selection was abundant, tasty and the staff friendly and attentive.
Thank you all for making our stay memorable.
Some times it is the little things that can leave a lasting memory. We had learnt that the court attendants at the Palace in Phnom Penh wore a different colour for each day of the week. Each day of our stay we noticed the carpet in the elevator was changed to the colour that those attendents would have worn.
