We spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel, so what's the verdict?
Some say you will not get a 5 star service if you check in to a boutique hotel, they have proved the statement to be wrong. Our experience with the staff in the hotel was great, thoughtful, the willingness to help, the big smile when we are leaving the hotel, when we went back from a tiring walking around the temples, those are the small little detail that could have been neglected by any 5 star hotel; but I think they did a great job in every aspect of that.

Location is what we preferred, short 10-15 minutes walk to the pub street, old market, while hotel is away from the prime area, it gave us a proper down time rest (without interruption).

Breakfast was great, everything served is freshly prepared; not to forget, they threw in 2 cans of Angkor beer, 2 cans of Coke, and 2 btl of water daily!

I'll definitely recommend this to anyone, I'll definitely go back to this hotel when we plan our next Siem Reap trip!

Keep up the good work guys!

The property exceeded all expectations. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in booking all of our activities. The drivers they hire for tours were great as well and I'd recommend Chan Tran (tuk-tuk #1). He made our trip around the ruins better by suggesting what we should and shouldn't see in our limited time. The rooms were very nice and my wife loved the bathroom (which is key at any hotel). Lastly the location of the hotel is perfect as you are walking distance from many activities.

Room Tip: The value of the hotel is very good, splurge for an upgrade. Our room on the fourth floor had a pri...

I stayed with my daughter of 8 at this hotel for 5 nights. Service and atmosphere is very good. Very friendly people. Nice breakfast. Service around swimmingpool was sometimes a bit slow or no one was there and we had to go look for someone. Other then that, no complaints whatsoever.

Room Tip: All rooms have sideview so it is of no importance.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was exceptional value for money. We were picked up from the airport and checked in straight away to a room on the 4th floor. The room looked like it had a few simple renovations/new fixtures of late but perhaps the more significant overhaul is yet to be undertaken but this did not affect our stay in any way. What really makes this hotel stand apart is the friendliness of the staff (Samlei was our main contact during our stay and she was fabulous), who even arranged our bus tickets to Phnom Penh for us. Also, the free laundry (not had this offered anywhere else on our travels) and the free mini bar (coke, water and beer) is a nice bonus! We had a complimentary massage and dinner at the hotel as part of our package and these were a welcome inclusion after 2 long days exploring temples! The breakfast spread offers just a pour anything you could imagine - I can't understand why/what anyone could complain about in this regard! The biggest challenge is not leaving there too stuffed to eat for the rest of the day! The hotel is located a 10-15 minute walk to the centre/pub street. I notice that other people said it took a little longer and that they caught tuk-tuks but we comfortably walked to town from this hotel. The only thing we could complain about during our stay was the lack of wifi for 24 hours (whilst this happens, my techie husband was certain the problem wasn't a 'cut line' as the hotel told the patrons - especially when they still had Internet access at the reception!). Everything else about the stay was lovely and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The pool was a great place to relax away from the hustle & bustle outside. Great value accomodation, we thought it seemed too good to be true but exceeded expectations. The staff were very helpful & the the most friendly I have found anywhere in the world especially Samlei Hap. The hotel organised an air conditioned mini van with an English speaking driver, Mr Phoun Nak. He was excellent, very knowledgeable & was able to customise the tour to suit our small group. I would recommend to everyone.

Attractive hotel, new (or recently refurbished.) Some work still going on outside, but caused no disturbance. Every single member of staff really made an effort to talk to you and make sure you are satisfied.
Room was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Whatever you asked for was brought instantly. Huge bonuses were free laundry, free home-made cake for bed time and free mini-bar.
The hotel organised a tuktuk for the day (15$), a guide (30$) or a car (30$ or 43$ for longer trip to Banteay Srey). Our guide, Mr Kea, was fantastic: very informative and knowledgeable. He was thoughtful and wise enough to steer us away from the crowds at certain times of the day too. The temples can get busy, but there is so much to see.
Overall, a wonderful experience
