“Perfect stay in a beautiful hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2013

I stayed for 10 days in this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to fullfill you every wish. The airport pick-up service was well organized.
My special thanks to the reception team and Rhina who gave me a warm welcome and helped to arrange some trips and my departure.
The rooms are very nice and clean. Especially if you have, like me, the opportunity to stay in a big suite, equipped with a huge comfortable bed, good silent airconditioning, flatscreen TV with nearly 100 programs, large bathroom with tub, mini bar.
The room and the loundry service are also excellent.
The breakfast buffet offers a various choice of tasteful meals and fruits, both for Asian and European taste.
After a long tour from exploring the temples you can recover and relax in the pool area.
When I come back to Siem Reap I will definitly stay again in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you want a sterile,no personality, run of the mill hotel don't come here! At this small hotel you get personalized service from every member of staff, from the exceptional manager to the housekeepers. They will go out of their way to ensure all is well with you.

For example, due to a silly error we missed our flight out of Siem Reap and they immediately took us to Bangkok Airlines (who were great BTW) and waited for us while we made other arrangements. They also gave us a late check out even though the hotel was full. Thank you to the Mr Fix it, Jantey (sorry if spelling not correct).

We stayed 5 days, arranged the tuk tuk to the temples and got useful advice on what was achievable in any day of touring. Fun New Years Eve celebrations with the staff and other guests, too.

Be aware that Suite 416 has an opening in the wall between the bathroom/toilet area and sleeping area. Might not suit a lot of people.

Lucky Mall next door is an excellent place to get bits and pieces - Bombay Sapphire Gin $13 US!

Recommended for position, service and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and feels very nouveau chic. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and service was impeccable. The staff were always ready with a smile and quick to serve. It was a very nice personal touch to our entire experience here. Location was perfect as it was right beside a mall, and it's a 1 minute walk to a whole stretch of wonderful restaurants. If you're looking for a hotel with great service at an affordable price - this is your BEST bet. I had a GREAT time! I'm coming back here again for sure! Thanks Philip! :) -Emma (Singapore)

We stayed here 3 nights and had a very relaxing time. Great Boutique hotel with just the right size to give it a feel of being at home. Service was great with the owner being there for breakfast and serving us themselves. The breakfast was great and being with children the staff were extremely helpful with requests to prepare vegetarian food and even pack sandwiches for the children everyday. The beds are huge and can easily fit 3 pax, however we thought that a mosquito net would be a needy addition. We had a family suite and the 2 bathrooms were very handy and clean. The pool has a nice relaxing area. We had to leave early for the airport and the hotel car was busy - one of the staff dropped us in their own car while another brought our baggage in a tuk tuk all the while holding on to our bags tightly. We would highly recommend this hotel to other families.

We stayed there for 4 nights, and really can not find anything less satisfing in this newly opened hotel. They happen to give a huge December discount, so we chose a suite, which really really exceeds our expectations, huge bathroom, nice tub,. nice swing "sofa" which we spent so much time just lying there. Little dessert very night before you went to sleep.
The hotel staff can help you arrange tuk tuk driver and with a fair price, all the driver they own are very professional and lovely people.
Love Angkor Wat, will definitely go back there, and will definitely stay at this hotel!
it's not in the center of the city, but just 15 mins walk and 3 mins tuk tuk from the old market, Lucky supermarket is just next door, very convenient.
hope they can keep their discount:)

Room Tip: there's some noise come out of the A/C, and after fixing it many times, we found out to stop it...

This hotel was quirky, with our suite having a swing in the large room, which was 50 sq m. The decor was all red and dark grey, with separate rain shower and bathtub with view to the bedroom. The finish in some places was a bit patchy but this newly refurbished hotel more than makes up for it with very hard working staff who are always checking if all is ok and if they can help in any way. This a locally owned hotel, and all staff from the doorman to the pool staff were always smiling. The pool is great, clean and sparkling and a great place to cool down after a morning of temple touring. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We did suggest to the manager (he asked for suggestions) that there be an information folder put in the room - how to use the safe, ring reception etc. Other than having to ring for supplies when housekeeping forgot the loo paper ( a minor problem) we had a great time here and really enjoyed it. Walking distance to Pub Street too. And a great bonus - free laundry and free mini bar!! This was beer, soft drink and water, restocked every day. Wow!

Dear emdeme,

Thank you for the great review of "STAFF ALWAYS TRYING TO PLEASE IN A HOTEL WITH CHARACTER" given us here.

We can’t describe how happy we are to see your happiness and I believe the staff would be very proud of themselves as they achieve their mission and goal by actually winning over your satisfaction. However, some case had happen during your stay and we had solved for you.

We do hope you will return back someday and we can’t wait to serve you again in the future.

With our love and care,
