It is a little bit hard to find (across the river from crocodile farm), but believe me, it os worth the effort. The Schnitzel with potato salad tastes EXACTLY like what you would get in Austria, which is really nice if you have been in Asia for a long time. By far best german/austrian food in Asia. The owner is quite the character, really funny guy (agian, typical Austrian brutally honest Humor). Give it a try, even if you are not yet tired of rice and curry.

I had a really nice Schnitzel and it was big. Great atmosphere with great people. I went there 2 times, both time were awesome. The owner Roman was such a fun and lovely guy. I love it all there. I will def be back there again.

Delicious schnitzel, great sauces. Tried both the wiener and the mushroom sauce schnitzel, and can attest to their superior quality. Portions are large, enough to feed even hungry young lads.
Try the chocolate mousse, very thick and tasty.

The owner is ever-present, ready to advise (or, more likely, advise you against a bad choice. "No! The Spaetzle don't go with the wiener schnitzel, they are both dry." So listen to him and get the potato salad.).

The wine was unfortunately not very good, and the place lacks decor, but it is hardly the point - it's not for the times when you're looking for something fancy, it's for the times when you're looking to get fed.

The only downside is that it could be tricky to find, as the tuk-tuk drivers are useless with maps, but it's actually all right. TripAdvisor has the address completely wrong, as the other reviews mentioned - look for good directions in the reviews as well.

Large pontoons, good taste, good food. Outside seating a bit warm for my taste but hey, it is Cambodia. Not too nice area of town, but it did not seem unsafe. I would go back, sure.

Was recommended this place by a few people so we found our way there by bike one afternoon.
Quite easy to find with the right directions and situated in a quiet place at the beginning of a dirt track by the river.
Schnitzel is definitely on the menu so we ordered those, I'm not a schnitzel expert but found this one quite bland, the sauce that came with it helped a bit with the taste, I had a side order of some kind of polenta type thing that the owner recommended in a gruff voice, this also I found quite bland in taste.
The food was fresh, clean and prepared swiftly with polite service from the staff but not the owner who seemed quite grumpy.
The restaurant itself is quite simple with cheap plastic chairs and tables outside in a courtyard.
