We are staying at this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. Firstly we arrived the airport, there is no one came for pickup us, I just bought a phone SIM card ( it's cost USD5) and call up to the hotel, they immediately sent they staff to the airport to pick us up. The reason of no one picking up us is due to the whole city electric power supply was down. They can't login to the Internet all the time, so they didn't get our booking details. Bit finally the boss of the hotel did to arrange 1 room for us., and the room is really nice! About the Tuk Tuk, we are so happy for the Tuk Tuk arrangement, the driver bring us all over the places that we wanted to visit ( with a resonable price), the most best place that the driver bring us to was the " countryside", it was a wonderful place and the Cambodian lifestyle, is a touching place. The most best part of the hotel is "the best staffs and the best boss"! They helping me to arrange a "Surprise Birthday" arrangement, the boss helped me to bought a most tasty cake and a bottle of wine, and the kitchen actually was closed about 10pm, but the boss arrange a staff to stay and cook for us ( the food I request to sent to us at 12am in the night). The most touching part was, due to the electric supply was gone down, the staff have to cook in the dark with the candle. And when I saw him, he was Sweat! I really feel thankful to all the staffs and the boss, they really try their best to serve us! They are so lovely and friendly.
They gave us a unforgettable journey in Cambodia! I'm deeply appreciate! Thanks!

P/s: the phone SIM card when the last day we going back to our country, there still have USD2.80 with it, so is Convenient for us when we stay at Cambodia, anything you can call to the hotel to ask for help! They are very willing to help on all the time!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice, cozy environment and good facilities the hotel provide, delicious breakfast and room is clean!! Hotel also provide one-way free tuk-tuk to certain places. Definitely a good and cheapest place in Siem Reap you can choose, no doubt!! I'll visit to Siem Reap again, I'll come back to Boutique Cambo Hotel, for sure!!

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights during our trip in Cambodia. When we arrived there was a power outage in the entire city and the staff tried their best to keep the hotel running with the generator. We emphasized with the situation and knew that we had to rough it a bit for a few days. This hotel is probably the cheapest you can get with a pool and in that department it held its promise to cool us down after the temples or when we wanted to relax. The room was adequate, the air-con a bit tired, but the bed was alright. The biggest the problem of the hotel is its staff, especially the guy organizing the tours and the tuk-tuks. He was quite unfriendly and it was clear that it was all about the money for him. So when we finished the two day tours with his drivers (which were overpriced compared to what you can get in town) we became obsolete and he moved on to newer guests. The laundry is double what you pay across the street (there is a hair salon which does it for $1 a kilo just across). They told us we would get picked up from the bus station, but when we arrived there was no one there and all we got was a weak excuse and no offer for reimbursement...
They offer a free tuk tuk ride to town, but that seems to work only in the evening. When we wanted to get into town during the day, there was no one there and the guy who organizes them got quite abrasive with us, so we went out to get our own. Internet was dodgy during our entire stay, with none of the staff caring too much about it.
Bottom line - the hotel is alright, food portions are quite small for the price you pay, but the staff just didn't do it for us.

Room Tip: try taking a third floor room, they seem to have better ventilation

This is a terrific hotel located on the outskirts of Siem Reap, with decent rooms, nice staff and a quirky little pool!

In a more secluded part of town, the hotel provide a complimentary tuk-tuk to get you into town, where you can explore the delights of Siem Reap and are happy to arrange any other travel requirements you may have.

Rooms are a decent sized and clean, with an ample bathroom.

The staff are perhaps the highlight of the hotel. They are diligent and helpful, plus speak excellent english, and are very willing to make sure that your every need is catered to..

My only qualm is the marketing of itself as a 'boutique' hotel, which it really isn't - more of an upmarket backpackers meets family hotel, that boutique getaway. But unless that is what you are after then don't be put off!

Simple stay with basic needs. The breakfast menu might get boring, not much variety. Small pool. Staffs are polite& friendly. Our rooms were located near the tree areas, a lot of Mosquitos and we had to keep our windows closed at all times(you might get bitten while sleeping too)
The main door and the toilet door lock both doesn't close properly so you might be having a small war with it. We experience blackouts, bring torchlight or download the app in your Iphone. Try not to get your rooms on high level because they don't have a lift and after a long day it might be tiring to climb up the stairs.
We highly recommend our tuk tuk driver Phina, he takes a lot of pride for his job and he makes sure you have a good trip with him. You can contact him 012263737(Phina).

Stayed 4 nights on the second floor- was pleased with the room- a large bed, excellent air conditioner, a bathtub/shower good wifi and public use computers. I did have a problem with a lamp not working and they promptly addressed and rectified the problem after bringing to their attention. The breakfast left a bit to be desired- they have three items to choose from, fruit portions are skimpy and not always fresh in a land with an abundance of fresh fruit.

Staff were all very pleasant and professional, I used the laundry service and found it to be a reasonable price and I was pleased with the quality.

Be sure to bring noise cancelling/noise isolating headsets as you will need them if you are an early sleeper. Their are several discos close by and I heard the music until approximately 2 am every night. Thankfully the headsets were my saving grace and I was pretty much able to sleep though it.

Be certain to carry a map with the hotel indicated on it as tuk tuk drivers in Siem Reap rarely know where this hotel is located. Also, I used the tuk tuk driver who is parked in front of the hotel entrance twice and both times found him not have good knowledge of the area, seemed confused even after pointing things out on a map and ended up giving turn by turn directions. It seems the tuk tuk is extra low powered so it takes a bit longer to get places.

Room Tip: Just bring noise cancelling headsets or earplugs to drown out the disco noise
