“Lost In Time”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

Avoid coming here late in the morning, otherwise you'll be assaulted by intrusive, shouting and pushy tourists in group.-tours of at least 20 people each. The best time to enjoy this wonder is from 5:30 to 6 am.

“The Tomb Raider Temple”
Reviewed September 13, 2013

Each temple, while similar, is different. This one is very interesting as much as anything because of the trees growing over and around it. You can gets lots of fantastic photos. Reconstruction is going on, but this doesn't detract from the experience.

“Brilliant jungle adventure”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

We went with our boys aged 3 and 5 and they thought it was the best place ever. Set in the jungle it had heaps of atmosphere and b/c there were lots of tumbled down bits they were able to climb over huge stone blocks, follow through passage ways etc etc. And anyone with kids knows happy kids means happy outing. They fell over numerous times but got straight back up again as it was so much fun. Having said that the adults loved it too!

It can be a bit slippery so think of your shoe choice.

Whilst the carving wasn't nearly as impressive as Angkor Wat for example we enjoyed it far more b/c of the atmosphere and shade the jungle provided.

We went mid afternoon and there were other people but certainly not a lot. Plenty of opportunity to get away from others. Preah Khan was also great with even less people.

Fee covered by Archaeological Park ticket.

“Get there early fro best pictures”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

This is a fantastic temple to visit but you did need to get there early to avoid the crowds. Unfortunately I got there about 9 which was Ok but the coach tours were gathering. It is incredible to see the trees growing through the ruins. Need good walking shoes and hat as gets very hot. I went with a guide and air con car which if you can afford is worth it. My guide was brilliant, great knowledge not just parroting a guide book.
