“Tomb Raider temple”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

When we 1st arrived, our tour guide have told us what temple we will be visiting since we have limited time so we could only visit 3 temples and this temple is one of them.
first reason, because tomb raider we filmed here and second because this temple were built in a tree. well not actually in a tree but after the temple been built there are trees grow on top of this temple. Every temple here have their own uniqueness and been built by different ruler.
Understand from our guide, this temple built especially for mother.

“It just roots.... but a pretty one!”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

Comparing to others templates in Angkor Watt temple complex, i like this temple the most. A bit cooling here & peacefully as It's surrounded by many tress.

But during our visit, major re-construction on-going so to we need to wait in line just to snap our photos at this super famous roots!

“Eerily beautiful”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

We visited this site expecting to see throngs of people but it was actually pretty quiet. It was kind of eery looking at the faces in the stone and even more eery when my camera's 'smile feature' recognized the faces smiling back at me!! Quite amazing!

“Trees”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

That was the most interesting thing was to photograph ancient banyon trees growing into the ruins. I would strongly suggest you go early to beat the crowds and the heat. Get back to the peace and quiet of your hotel pool for an afternoon rest. I found tuk tuk drivers want lots of money to take you to the sights. They should have a better Transfer system.

“It didn't disappoint”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

Ta Prohm was my reason for visiting Cambodia and it didn't disappoint. I loved the huge tree roots intertwined among the temple walls. Don't miss it.
