Excellent and relaxing place to stay for a few days altought the borough may at first look disouraging (night bars all around). The staff is so friendly that you end up believing there are your family.

Room Tip: Be aware of the relation with some outside bars that put music until midnight wich of course you wou...

The rooms were great, Beds were good, water was hot and having a bathtub was great in such a cheap room. We arrived in Siem Reap at 5am and hotel pickup was no problem. Staff are professional polite and attentive. I liked that The hotel didn't charge extra for booking boxing tickets or our bus back to Phnom Penh and arranged free transport to both. The pool is excellent as well and If you want a beer just head to one of the local outdoor pubs just down the road for $1.50 pitcher. Overall one of the very best experiences at a hotel in two months around SEA and definitely best value for money.
And don't worry about the distance from pub street or the markets because the hotel provides a complimentary tuk tuk to town and a return trip is generally around $2.

i arrived at 3 am an it was no Problem. The room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and the Sightseeingtrip with the TukTuk from the Hotel was very interesting. The only negative thing was the sound from the bar next to the hotel, the play music till 1 am, was no problem for me cause i dont sleep so early.
Other positive things: free Tuk Tuk to the Center and to the Airport, good roomservice every day, the restaurant (very good), breakfast from 6 - 10 am, clean Swimmingpool, sightseeing bookable at the hotel,

Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant and in the lobby.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late December 2013. We were picked up at the airport and transferred to the hotel, from the moment we arrived all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was thankfully not street side so we didn't have any issues with noise, but I can imagine if you are street side it would be noisy. There is a KTV place just opposite the hotel.

We booked a tuk-tuk driver through the hotel for 2 days, a great guy very friendly and helpful, felt very relaxed with him.

Breakfast is ok, service is slow but you get there in the end, the mood of this place is so relaxed that you tend to not care so much that you wait 15 minutes for a coffee and another 15 for some food. It was quite busy in fairness most mornings. It's the only fault I have for this place but its still getting a 5/5.

Overall a great boutique hotel, great value for your dollar, and the staff really make an effort to make your stay a pleasant one.

Bottom-line: The street noise is a killer if you get a roadside room. If the hotel was someplace else, it would be a full 5 out of 5 rating.

We had a roadside room for 2 days and then changed to an inside room, which was significantly better, noise-wise. The room had a bit of a smell coming up from the pipes. We ended up staying 2 more nights and then moving to another hotel in town.

The staff was great! The front desk was very helpful and the kitchen staff were very good as well. The tuk-tuk driver was phenomenal! We used him all the time.

Breakfast was very good -- always fresh and a good variety for western and asian tastes. The courtyard and pool area was very nice as well. It made a good place to relax.....until the noise from the local beer gardens started up after dinner-time.

We stayed with our two girls aged 17 and 19 in connected rooms, and the rooms were lovely and clean and very well presented, as well as great value!! The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast that was provided in the cost of the rooms was fantastic. The dining area near the beautiful pool and garden was great as you could order a meal or snack and have it by the pool in the lovely surrounds. The hotel also provided a free tuk tuk to take you to pub street or the markets and even the airport, which was a real treat. We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again without any hesitation. After a long day of sightseeing it was a real treat to walk back into the beautiful surrounds and to be greeted by the warm smiling faces of the staff there. Thankyou
