A really lovely hotel with rooms that they are correctly proud of. (We even invited friends from another luxury hotel to join us for GTs in our suite so that we could show off the quality.) We took advantage of the vintage Citroen to have a fantastic experience of the hotel transit from/to the airport - a unique opportunity to travel in style.
I have nothing but praise for the hotel and its facilties but felt that it was being let down by many of the staff members. A beautiful breakfast outside near the pool was spoilt by the young waitress who dragged the coffe pot along beside her and then slopped it into my cup -no pride in her work or the coffee! The concierge who disappeared whenever guests arrived or were looking for taxis.
Would I stay here again - yes, at least once more, just to see if my comments about the staff had any effect as the hotel itself is great.

Room Tip: Suites are well worth the extra.

In 2013, Conde Nast designated the Victoria one of the top 100 hotel in the world. The property has outdoor/feel with the ponds, flora and trees inside the hotel. The bar area is really nice with a restaurant and patio dining if you prefer. A huge breakfast buffet is free.

What a beautiful stylish hotel . Rooms are huge especially for 3 people sharing . Bathroom was spacious - still had shower over bath and doors with blinds which does not give much privacy . Nice balcony overlooking huge pool. Breakfast selection was amazing - loads to choose from and tasty. Staff seemed a but distant in restaurant but every where else - very accommodating. Hotel is not too far off from shopping areas - cheap tuk tuks usually outside hotel except for rainy days . Very pleasant stay

Second stop in Cambodia and what a hotel. They arranged an airport pickup which was perfect and easy. Arrived at the hotel the check in was fast and accurate. I got a nice, big room with poolview. Room was big, clean, well arranged and bathroom had all ammenities one can need. The breakfast buffet was impressive, good quality food and good service of the staff. The pool was wonderful, big and clean and alot of seats available to relax, jacuzzi was also available. Possibility to order food and drinks at the pool, good fast service. Gardens are also beautiful and well maintained. The bar was a peaceful, clean area where you can enjoy a drink and a chat. Theres a big park in front of this hotel which makes it even more beautiful. The hotel is new but they build it in colonial style and thats what you feel. I was here with a friend who lives in Siem Reap and i have to say she was treated with the same respect as they treated me. Definatly a hotel that is worth to come back.

We had a great stay at this hotel, visited in off season, so rather slow....but fantastic service and the staff were so very helpful. The food was great, spa was very nice, and you felt so welcome whenever you were there. Fantastic Breakfast Buffet, and the Iced Coffee is the best! No need to convert your currency to local, just use US$...they prefer that as well.
