My first impression of the resort - peace and tranquillity. Located away from the main city area and tucked away in a relatively quiet neighbourhood (save for the music / chants / prayers as I didn't know what those sounds were that were heard in the day) the complimentary tuk tuk service more than made up for it. It helps that the same drivers were dedicated to you throughout the stay. The drivers were careful to avoid potholes and were punctual in picking us up. The room was quiet and comfortable. Efficient services at the hotel from front desk (bellboys were sent to our room to help with our luggages just before our time of departure) to housekeeping (went out for breakfast and the room was made up!).

We loved this place. A luxury boutique hotel with a generous spirit. The most beautiful and tranquil surroundings with lots of areas to relax and enjoy different perspectives. The special little touches made you feel valued. It is a spectacularly beautiful property and an oasis in a busy city. Loved everything about it that a 2 days stay became 7 and would have been more if we had not booked already another Hotel in Vietnam. For less than 100usd per night , we got an awesome room, daily breakfast, private tuk tuk 12 hours a day ( previous reviewers dared to complain about having to pay few bucks ( 2 or 3 ) when this service was used for more than 12 hours per day? where else in the world would you find a driver working for 14 hours per day asking 2 dollars per hour for his extra time? ) , bottled of water daily, free room service , free wi-fi , access to 3 beautiful pools and small but functional gym, how could you beat that?
Thanks to all the amazing staff that looked after so well in Navutu , special thanks to our 2 amazing drivers ( nang & cret ) , see you soon!
Not to mention the beautiful led Yoga classes we were able to attend at their Yoga studio, should not be missed!

WE stayed at the Pavilion in April 2014 in one of the Villa's as a group of 3. It was wonderful! From the minute we arrived the staff were more than helpful and assisted us with everything we required. The restaurant was quite nice and the meals were more than ample. A reasonable selection of things to eat. And the drinks where very good. Our favourite's where definitely the salt & pepper calamari (poolside), alongside some hand made rolls. The food was not too expensive, fresh and tasty. There are 3 pools here, 2 salt water and one fresh water. The fresh water pool is chlorinated, although we found that it was not too strong. Which was a very refreshing thing. Having 3 pools to choose from was great in that if you chose to swim alone - or away from the crowd - you always had a place. Once again, the staff where lovely, always saying hello. And the front desk always very cheerful and helpful. We also had a chance to meet the Manager who was very friendly and just a lovely person. We had a complementary Tuk-tuk while we stayed there and our Driver 'Mr Choy' was a delight! - He was the most fantastic guy.. meeting us everyday with a smile, happy and friendly.. Even taking us to temples which where not on the map. And also taking us to his own village to meet his family and new baby boy. This made our whole trip to SR so very special and more than just a quick holiday. It was a trip we will hold dear in our hearts forever! Thank you to everyone at Pavilion - we will certainly be back.

Room Tip: Stay in a Villa - they are large and have a view of the pool.

We attended a wedding here at the beginning of May and it was the best venue imaginable. The staff here are incredible and just added to the charm of the place, they really did go out of their way for us. Breakfast and in fact all of the food and cocktails were excellent, the pools are great, the rooms are lovely (and very spacious), the wifi was great and our tuk tuk driver was polite and courteous. Town is 10 mins away by tuk tuk so the hotel isn't slap bang in the hustle and bustle which is nice. We didn't stay long enough to visit the gym/yoga/spa and didn't get chance to walk around the local area which is a shame as it looked quite nice!!

We've been there for 5 days with our two kids (8 and 5). The resort is beautiful, very peaceful and pleasant. Absolutely value for money. The restaurant is delicious with local and western food. The service is great and a private tuk-tuk is included in the service, available 12h a day and will bring you anywhere you want. We visited the Angkor temples in the early morning, relaxing by one of the 3 pools when the kids were playing in the hot hours and discovered the city and the various markets in the evening. Highly recommended.
