Unfortunately only stayed here for three nights wish we could have stayed longer.from the moment you arrive you are greeted by the friendly staff and you know you are in for a great stay.we luckerly got upgraded to the grand tour room which was amazing so much room quality bathroom and shower with your own porch and seats to chill out and relax if you didn't want to walk the 10 steps to pool or 50 steps to the other pool.everything is great about this hotel and topping it off you get your own Tuk Tuk driver everyday for 12 hours free of charge to take you anywhere.if you had any doubts about staying here don't its the perfect place to stay.

We were initially reluctant to book an hotel that opened it's doors only 3 months before our stay , but the website was so inviting and the prices soo cheap for what was on offer that we booked for a 3 days stay with an open mind about our remaining time in Siem Reap.
We checked in and after seeing the resort with our eyes , we immediately prolonged our stay without even eat , try the spa or any of the activities on offer ; this tells you a lot about the quality of this hotel .
The service, the food ( the restaurant serves amazing food) , the spa , the staff and the professionality of the manager were all above expectation.
What we liked the most about the hotel was the design, the landscaped gardens , the 2 pools ,
the space and the location, you will surely find this place soon in all sorts of design hotel
magazines as they really designed something unique.
Your personal tuk tuk included in the room rate enures you have an hassles free holiday
without having to negotiate each time you leave the hotel and that meant a lot to us.
We cannot wait to be back in Navutu , maybe in Fiji next time?
fares each time you leave the hotel etc etc etc .

Room Tip: TheGrand Tour rooms are huge and have a lot of privacy!

My partner and I stayed at Navutu Dreams for 5 nights and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms are of good size and bathed in natural light. Location is slightly out of town (10min via tuk tuk from Pub Street) but the area is very peaceful and quiet. Complimentary 12-hr tuk tuk service mitigates the location issue (pay USD2 directly to driver for each additional hr). Service is good - cold scented towels when back from Temple tours (much needed), greetings with a smile, rooms nicely made up etc. The restaurant serves good food and I enjoyed the Khmer massage at the spa.
This hotel is rather new and we booked under a special promotion fare - so it worked out to be good value for us.

Room Tip: We booked Grand Tour Room which is bigger in size, has a soaking tub and walk in wardrobe as compare...

My husband and I stayed at Navutu Dreams for 5D4N to celebrate our anniversary. Our flight arrived early in the morning (7.30), complimentary tuk-tuk was arranged to pick us at airport. When we check-in, we were told that our room was not ready but they have arranged another room for us to freshen up. This was really a plus.

Check-in was smooth, staffs were friendly and spoke good English. We were served with welcome drink and cold tower. Introduction to the hotel was done and we were given a free guide (Siem Reap Angkor). This guide featured useful information about Siem Reap, so don't forget to grab one at the reception.

Our room (EX8) was located far from the pool, which we liked it very much. The room was clean, spacious and cosy. We were surprised by the lovely decoration in our room for our anniversary. It was so touching! Breakfast was served at restaurant with decent variety. We loved the rice noodle soup so much. Don't miss it!

As for the location, it was just 5 mins to town. Complimentary 12 hours tuk-tuk service was provided to all hotel guests. We have no problem going around the town and Angkor Wat. We were fortunate to have Mr. Thorn who drove us safely during our stay.

We also enrolled a 1 day trip arranged by the hotel. It's call Single Magical Day around Angkor Wat Complex. We visited Angkor Wat Complex, Banteay Srei and The Rolous Group. The guide was informative, shared a lot of Angkor Wat history with us. For those who don't intend to hire a guide, do consider visit Angkor National Museum to learn the history before you start your temple visit.

Overall, we had a good time staying at this resort. However, we weren't impressed by the following:-

1) Safety box was too small. We can't put in our ipad (may be ipad mini is ok).

2) Missing soap dish. We strongly recommend the management to provide it.

Room Tip: For those who love tranquility, go for EX8 or EX9 which is far away from the pool.

We stayed at Navutu Dreams for three nights in October. It is a little tricky to get to, but well worth the effort as it provides a peaceful respite to the frenetic tourist-filled streets of Siem Reap. We got a warm welcome, with a delicious fruit drink and some advice on itineraries that set us up for a very enjoyable stay. After settling in to our ENORMOUS room - with walk in wardrobe and a bath the size of a small swimming pool - we were offered a complimentary foot massage and then headed out to the temples for sunset. The hotel rate included a tuk tuk to take us around Angkor Wat etc. each day (with small surcharges for trips to the more distant temples and early starts). Our tuk tuk driver was an absolute star, in keeping with the generally good service at the resort. The two pools were great and the restaurant served delicious food (the pineapple and coconut curry was amazing) at reasonable prices. The spa was very relaxing too, although the gym was a bit spartan. Breakfasts were huge and tasty, with asian or western fare available. They provided a breakfast pack for when we left early for sunrise. The only complaint was that they recommended a slightly duff buffet restaurant / dance show in town one night - not sure if they're on commission, but worth avoiding. This aside, the hotel is a great spot to base yourself for some intensive temple exploring and afternoon relaxation.

My wife and I stayed at Navutu for 4 days and had a great experince. The service was outstanding. When we left for the airport, without realising, I had forgotten my toiletry bag in the room. The hotel took it upon themselves to run the bag to the airport for me and had me paiged. Amazing service. The rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable and the pool area is great. Highly reccomend while in Siem Reap.

Located in village away from the other major night spots in Siem Reap...
We were warmly received and well informed on what we can do in Siem Reap when we arrived at the hotel... the welcome drink was also delicious...

All the staffs(reception, manager, cleaners, tuk tuk driver...) are very very friendly... and not in a creepy / annoying way...so it was really nice and really created a relaxing cosy stay...

The bathroom is huge and nice...
There are 2 pools, one salted water and the other is fresh water...
Both were nice and it would have been better if there is jacuzzi pool too...

Food is quite tasty too... especially their baker's tray in their breakfast menu is freshly baked and served warm... Delicious...

Room Tip: Do bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and razor
