I am not one to write a revue but this hotel deserves to be on your list.
A great location overlooking the river a short walk to the market just 5 minutes if your a slow walker like me. Pub street with all the great bars and eating places just across the river from the market.
The rooms very clean and tidy as is the rest of the hotel nice operating lift.
Breakfast area very nice with every food that you would want and they will make anything for you whilst you watch.
The manager from Australia very nice guy and understands the wants of tourists, I broke a tooth on the plane over the hotel driver took me down to the dentist they recommended and I had my new tooth fitted for just £70.....I would give this place top marks and I can be fussy in fact I hate finding a perfect place. If you are looking to spend this type of money this place wont let you down..

Room Tip: book this place even over looking the river and road I hade a great sleep every night

This hotel is very well located in Siem Reap, near the Old Market, Night Market, and Pub Street. We had a nice stay with a river view in a reasonably priced room. We were upgraded for free and discounted for a 3rd occupant. There were good western and eastern selections for breakfast (included in the price). The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and spoke English very well. They also helped to organize a private Tuk-Tuk and tour guide for the nearby Angkor temple ruins. A definite recommendation while in Siem Reap.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in November 2013. It was clean and well decorated. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The manager Dennis was very helpful. I would stay there again!

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it just wasn't enough. Super firendly staff! They'd give you a welcome drink as you check-in and would even engage you in a nice friendly chat every now and then. The room was very spacious too, seems like they've been just recently renovated. Bathroom has full amenities, a shower and bath tub though they could do a bit of work to prevent the floor from flooding because of the shower. Convenient location, just 5mins walk to Pub Street, Arts and Night Market where all the fun happens later on in the day after the temple tours. The area was very safe too, with foreigners walking about freely even during the wee hours of the night. The pool wasn't too big but for such a hot place any body of water would do. Make sure to come during the dry season (November-March) as floods occur due to the heavy rainfall. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Room Tip: Try giving them a call first prior to booking online. Oftentimes they give you a lower rate if you t...

I stayed there for a week during November 2013. The room was large and comfortable, clean and well maintained and the A/C worked well. I can't say enough about how great the staff was, always friendly and eager to do anything to help. The restaurant was great, lovely food at a reasonable price. Convenient location, airport transfers, everything a traveler could want. Very impressive establishment and I will certainly stay there again.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great.

Like every review on here the first thing I want to do is thank the staff for the amazing service they provided. From the moment we arrived till the moment we felt so welcome. The staff was attentive and really took the time to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately during the trip my boyfriend got the flue. I mentioned it downstairs on the way to get him some meds to combat the flue and one of the male waiters went up to the room with some chopped ginger to help combat the fever of his own accord. Incidentally the next day his fever was cured so I guess it helped.

I could say a whole lot more on the lovely staff, but since this is a hotel review should also cover some of the other topics such as the rooms. The rooms are lovely, very clean and very comfy to stay at. Location is good either a 15 min walk to the center or a 2dollar tuktuk ride away. Either way you are golden. Breakfast was a good spread. My only regret was that due to some time restrictions, I wasn't able to have the full spa experience. I did however get a lovely facial which i can highly recommend. I am pretty sure that the rest of the spa treatments on offer are just as great.

Basically if you want to feel like a king or queen during your hotel stay, book the Ankor Sayana hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights (October 31/November 1) and very much appreciated the good service from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed very eager to ensure an enjoyable stay. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice, and the complimentary pick-up from the airport was appreciated.
