Nice hotel. Rooms are neat, clean, big and the beds are just fine. Staff is assisting, however the prices for coffee in the hotel are way out of line. Pool is very small. The location is just fine: a 5 minute walk from the old market.

We booked this hotel a bit as a very, very last minute (an hour beforehand). Nevertheless, this didn't pose any problems. Staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home immediately.

The hotel itself is heavily decorated with wood, which gives it a very cosy atmosphere. Do not confuse 'cosy' with 'oldfashioned' : all modern amenities are present. Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Also, town centre is just across the road.

In the morning there is a buffet breakfast available, featuring fruit en vegetables, bread and cereals and eggs/soup to order. The restaurant (lunch/dinner) offers a reasonable priced Western or Cambodian menu, as well as à la carte options.

The only minus is the size of the swimming pool : it is tiny. Good for soaking/relaxing, but don't count on doing some laps in the morning. But then again, who wants to do that when there are temples to see? Or you might want to visit the spa to help you unwind after a long hot day.

In short : if you want to visit the temples of Angkor and stay close to town centre, this is the place to stay.

Room Tip: Higher floors offer better view on the river/less street noise.

This hotel is great with good location. Tuk tuk is available just outside the hotel. And I want to highlight on their hotel staff. They are attentive and warm, they always ask how is my tour every time we came back. Room is spacious, nice and clean but there are some minor details missing, like there is not dustbin and tissue inside the room, so I have to walk into toilet to get tissue or to throw rubbish. But this is no big issue, just a comment. Breakfast is ok with different selection daily, I personally love their porridge.

Their Moonlite spa is nicely decorated and very cosy, the complimentary foot massage is great, served together with lemongrass tea and hot tea right after the massage.

We shared a ride from the airport with a young couple who had booked in advance, not necessarily planning to stay here. luckily for us, we stayed and couldn't have been happier. The hotel is practically brand new and just far enough from the market area to be quiet. There are less expensive hotels, but after exploring nearby Angkor Wat all day, it's nice to have some comfort. The owner, an Aussie, was extremely pleasant and attentive and the included breakfast was more than sufficient to fuel up for our looong days discovering the ruins.

The hotel is located just outside the town center. Hence it is not too noisy or busy outside the hotel. Still, it is within walking distance to the Old Market and Pub Street (though the Tuk Tuk is always outside the hotel ready to fetch you there for a couple of dollars). Takes about 10 to 15 mins of walking along the Siem Reap river to reach the town center. It's a nice walk as you get to see the people and shops, and on a couple of occasions, we also saw children swimming in the river or diving into it from an overhanging tree branch. The hotel staff at the reception and restaurant are all so friendly. My kids liked them a lot. The hotel is one of the newest in Siem Reap. Everything in the hotel is so new. We still can smell the flagrant of wood in the lobby and in the rooms. There's so much wood in the hotel. Even the sink top is made of wood. Impressive.

Room Tip: book early
