We would highly recommend The Privilege Floor without hesitation. The staff were amazing and their attention to detail second to none. The accommodation was great; and the Royal Suite on the last night has to be seen to be believed. We will be back to enjoy the sunset on the balcony at happy hour!

I just couldn't say anything bad about the hotel...for us it was just so superb. We were met at the airport by the driver and the ever smiling Dawin... our host and we were given "hand lei's" as i call it..i was overwhelmed coz of all the passengers from the plane we were the only one's who had it!!!To our surprise our package was upgraded to the next level! Whohooh..awesome really! Not disappointed by their service and in fact it was more than our expectations.Thank you Dawin,Alex, Sean and Bunna (did I miss anyone?) for being so accommodating...love you guys! And oh yes Bunna thanks for taking care of my son Rainier when he got sick on the 3rd day..he really appreciated the food you sent him in our room.
Damnak Lounge staff....Mr Say and sorry I forgot to write the name of the gentleman who always asks of things or food that we still need ( a case of dementia..hehehe)..thank you because you always wear that big big smile. Food was great...Bartenders, we can't thank you enough for that free sip of wine every afternoon hahaha. So long my dear friends at The Privilege Floor of Borei Angkor..privileged we really are...we'll see you again if time permits! I love the hotel as well..though I did not swim, the pool was really inviting. Sorry for me coz I did not avail for the Spa....visited only the place and it was truly amazing...soooo cool and relaxing just by the looks of it!
Our driver, Mr. Suwan was always patient in waiting for us. Mr Kea, our guide was good in English and was able to tell us the most important part of the Khmer Civilization story in the past. Thanks Guys!

Room Tip: Ours was cozy at the same time cozy but I think its better if it faces the swimming pool...

We stayed here for four days during our trip to Cambodia and I have to say that I have never experienced such kind, attentive and friendly service.
The food was excellent from breakfast through to dinner. Rooms were brilliant with everything we could possibly need.
I cannot wait to go back for another visit!

Our five night stay in the privilege floor has been the best experience I ever had in terms of service and how the whole package was bundled. I decided to treat my self after going through a very stressful implementation in my work and what I got did not disappoint. First I would commend all the hotel staff . They are literally at your beck and call. From the morning greeting to the sending off each morning to our driver and tour guide. They accommodated almost all our request from breakfast food, to my cooking class , to late check out. Thank you to all the staff for making us very happy. I dare not mention names as I might leave out someone. Anyway if you want to treat your self get this hotel package.

A big "thank you" to Alex and Jacky, and the entire staff from the bottom of our hearts for a memorable trip of a life-time. Every little detail was done with such thought, warmth and sincerity. My husband will never forget his ascension to "King William" as we got upgraded to the Royal Suite, and being treated as royalties! WOW, it made our trip top the rest we had, and we had many trips around the globe. The value of the service, the hospitality, the staff, the tour guide, the driver, and all the little details is worth every extra dollar ... as you can never put a price-tag on "the trip of a life-time feeling". The only drawback we had was "King William" hurt (jammed) his knee at the balcony for not seeing the 2" drop - adding a warning marking will prevent others from getting hurt in the future. The positive side of this experience is finding out how much Alex, Jacky & the staff cared; brought back imported medicinal cream; personally rub the knee to ease the pain; the hearty warning to him to watch his steps everywhere he was seen. We felt being treated like family and not guests. Thank You and we hope to see you some time again, and want to tell others - you'd definitely want to check this place out, you won't regret it!

First of all, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the opportunity to meet you all and have us stay at Borei Angkor, Privilege Floor and then upgraded to The Royal Suite, WOW!!!
You are all lovely people and have such a special way about you that we felt very humbled.
It was a lifetime experience for us and with your magnificent hospitality and ongoing assistance we will never forget the love and care you showed toward us to make us feel the most comfortable that we have ever been.

Absolute high quality, so affordable and so well catered for. Just do it, go there, you will be amazed too,

Room Tip: We had no complaints in a pool side room. the Royal Suite was however, out of this world!!

We stayed at the privilege floor for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has wonderful facilities, specially considering Cambodian standards. The perks of the privilege floor package make it a high value deal. If you are looking for a hassle-free experience, having a dedicated driver to get you to temples makes a big difference. Free laundry, free mini-bar, free happy hour cocktails, amazing breakfast are other important differentials. While relaxing by the pool, be sure to try their homemade coconut ice-cream, the best my wife and I had in our lives. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. Special thanks to Alex (our personal resident host) and Nuern (our driver) for making our stay in Siem Reap a true privilege.
