We had the pleasure of staying in this great hotel to visit Angkor Wat. It was our first trip to Cambodia and as very experienced Australian travellers it has been a while since we have travelled to an "unknown destination" If you are wanting to stay somewhere that has brilliant service, very good western and Cambodian cuisine I highly recommend this hotel. The complimentary cocktails in the 4 th floor lounge are world class and in particular the mojito's and the Singapore Sling! The hotel arranged our guided tours through the temples. It was very hot and our driver "Borang" always had cold towels and chilled water waiting for us on our return to the car. Alex and Anna quite literally made us feel like we had been there before with a natural warm Cambodian hospitality. This hotel is the perfect balance of having all the benefits of a big hotel including brilliant spa (the pedicure was unbelievable), the club lounge, brilliant pool , complimentary laundry service and minibar, with the feel of boutique accommodation. Thank you to the management and staff for making our brief trip to Cambodia a wonderful and treasured memory. You must go to the night markets and try the "royal suite" at the hotel. We stayed in room 341 which had a sauna, jacuzzi with tv, our own lounge, formal dining room and kitchen! HUGE! Thanks for the complimentary upgrade! We loved our time here!

This hotel was nothing but pleasant surprises all the way! From the airport pickup to the late checkout and the drive back to the airport. Members of staff are extremely helpful, gracious and, ought to be said, speak very good English, which makes communications run smoothly. We traveled to Siem Reap after 3 weeks in Thailand so we came to appreciated good English speaking staff (especially Sean and Bunna who took good care of us).

Buffet breakfast (served until 3pm) is quite lavish and the afternoon cocktail reception (from 5-7pm) was also memorable! The staff had no problem mixing us cocktails which were not on the menu and each was a joy.

We organized, via the hotel, a 2 day tour of the archaeological park and it all went smooth as silk. We were given a a driver and a guide which took us through the temples and provided advice on subjects covering local history to photo angles. We paid 30 USD per day which seems fair, and indeed we had no complaints.

To sum up, the hotel's all inclusive package is really worth it, since it takes all the worries away and leave you free to marvel what the region has to offer.

From the minute we were greeted at the airport by our host, friendly smiling Alex, with a cold towel and garlands of Jasmine we knew how it must feel like to be royalty. Awaiting us in our large room on the Privilege Floor was a bottle of chilled champagne. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and his team. It was our first visit to Cambodia and one of the best welcomes we have had in any country over the last 43 years. Always greeted by name with a friendly genuine smile became the daily routine. Excellent cocktails in the special lounge on this floor went down very well as did the lovely omelettes served at breakfast. The cell phone we were given for the duration of our visit is a great idea. And unlimited access to the hotel's drivers was invaluable. We made two trips to Angkor Wat in one day and a trip to the Floating Village and Pub St another day. The spa treatments in the hotel were fantastic and we made two trips to indulge ourselves. The swimming pool was very nice. If you have a 'pool day' bag a sunbed early as they fill up pretty quickly. We visited end of March and the temperatures were really hot. There is some renovation/extension going on at the front of the hotel but you don't notice it due to the lovely welcome you get from the staff after each days excursion. The room was very spacious but the bed a little hard. The lovely squishy pillows compensated for that and you have pillow menu to choose from.Hopefully we will visit Cambodia again and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Siam Reap. Top marks to Alex and his team.

Room Tip: Room on Privilege Floor overlooking pool is nice.

A big thank you to the lovely staff from the Privilege floor for making our stay in Siem Reap so enjoyable. And Mool our driver, what a beautiful young man. We had only booked a standard room for the first night as our holiday had only been planned a few weeks prior to going, the staff informed us of the privilege floor and so we booked to stay there the following 3 nights. We went straight to the privilege floor on the first night and had a fantastic time. A Personal Driver, Great Cocktails, Mobile Phone for when were lost, Gourmet Breakfast, Free Laundry and Mini Bar, We were escorted to our car each morning and welcomed back with Cocktails in the evening. We will be back to stay when we return later this year. Fantastic. Cheers, Joe & Andrea

Provision of your personal driver starts when they pick you up from the airport and does not end until you are transferred back to the airport on departure. Your own personal guide is included enabling you to tailor your days according to your wish and ability. Both our guide (Nikay) and our driver (Som) were first class.
The hotel itself covers an excellent level of comfort and the service really is first class. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to greet you by name and with big smiles - Alex in particular.
All the extras in the package (picnic lunch, in-room dining, laundry) were excellent and adapted
freely to our requirements.
The best thing about the sunset package? We didn't have to waste time organising things when we only had a few days to visit. Oh and Sokman the bartender!! One of those big generous personalities but in such a small frame - you'll see.

To be treated as royalty and given a PA, a personal driver, a cell phone, free laundry services, unlimited free cocktails, a special lounge for guests, little surprise amenities in the room each day, airport pick-up and drop-off, for the incredibly affordable rate we paid is really quite amazing.

We were met at the airport by Dawind, who introduced himself to us as our personal assistant during our stay, and by Rong who was our driver. All of the staff spoke excellent English which immediately put us at ease. At the hotel we were blown away by the professionalism and graciousness of the staff. Every one of them worked together to assure our comfort and pleasure, not just Dawind. In fact Bunna really went the extra mile for us several times. It is obvious they all love working here. It was nice to have a personal driver at our disposal 24/7, for anything, anywhere that we needed and a cell phone for our use.

Rong, was so attentive to us. He always managed to drop us and pick us up as close as possible to any attraction, often getting into places no other drivers were allowed. Each time we returned to the car, he met us with a beautiful smile and cold refreshing drinks and icy cold cotton cloths that were infused with aromatics. He added so much to our experience.

The room was comfortable, although not huge, with a nice little balcony. Our room overlooked a quiet local neighborhood. And although we have stayed in more impressive rooms it was such a haven that we couldn't wait to return to the hotel every day. We slept like heaven every night.

We enjoyed several spa treatments; each one was a heavenly experience. My husband always requested Lida and the Four Hands Massage. I had several different therapists and treatments, all wonderful especially with the aromatic lemongrass oil they used.

We would make a return trip to Siem Reap just to stay here again.

Room Tip: Any room at The Privilege Floor is probably a good room. We had the Premier Landmark Double.
