Amazing smart knowledgable staff
Having your laundry done makes life efficient
Having a driver and car totally on call enables you to plan
Cocktails at 5.00 is a good way to end day
Cambodian is difficult for phones, they hand you a phone - say to ring your driver
Breakfast is included and you can have your own order with good coffee
Good pool
Well worth the money

Service was phenomenal
Room was brilliant
Food was delicious
The gentlemen serving cocktails was hilarious
And our room, at $360 per night, was great value: as there was so much included in the Sunset Suite package - return airport transfers, breakfast, a lunch, a dinner, minibar, international phone calls, a spa treatment, unlimited laundry, 2 hour free bar, 24 hour driver, tour guide and temple admission.
Highly recommended.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Often time upscale locations provide great service but fail short on warmness. The staff really went out of the way to provide excellent service and to makes us feel at home

Room Tip: RM 428 the Royal Suite and all its amenities are way worth it

We must admit, we found this property totally by chance. My husband did his research for our trip, and he asked me to book a 7th hotel on tripadvisor in Siem Reap, and so I did. It turned out he was referring to another hotel, not The Privilege Floor that I booked, but the ranking somehow changed a few days after he saw it. So we hesitantly accepted this, as we booked a non-cancellation deal on Booking.com. I was the one who had been very nervous the whole time, until our first welcome from the hotel staff at the airport. We knew we would be in a good hand. The whole experience was so smooth that we couldn't fault a thing.

The hotel, the room are flawless. But the real difference is its staff. They seems to live forever in the hotel, doing nothing but taking care of you only. This was exactly how we felt, and we had no idea how they did it. Everyone we met seem eager to please us, as if it's the only way they can be happy, and that made our holiday a most memorable one. A special thank to Jacky and Prang, whose smile and care have an ever-lasting impact on our memory. We miss you already.

From the moment that Alex excitedly met us at the airport and introduced us to Mr Chamrong, our personal driver for our stay, we asked ourselves, What is the catch?

We arrived on an early morning flight and without asking, they allowed us to check in early without charge and gave us a complimentary breakfast. They then offered Mr Chamrong to take us to the lake to view the floating villages. What's the catch we thought? But there wasn't one. We were provided one of the recently restored boats to ourselves which meant a very private tour and Mr Chamrong also ended up being a pretty good tour guide as well with excellent English.

Complimentary cocktails that evening and recommendations for dinner and of course the door to door service of Mr Chamrong meant we had an amazing night.

The next day, Alex arranged for a personal tour guide at a fairly reasonable price of $30 to accompany us around the temples for the day. Driven by Mr C, he was there every step of the way providing us with chilled water and face clothes after every temple visit.

Every single person who works at the PF is genuinely happy, smiling and interested in your well being. The facilities are excellent - the decor is an understated elegant style that was very homely. The room was huge and very comfortable and the complimentary mini bar was a treat.

We are particularly critical of poor service and with this being part of our honeymoon and having just spent a few nights at the Mandarin Oriental in KL we could have been easily disappointed but instead, this was simply a welcome bonus and step up on genuine quality service compared with the Mandarin

My family and I stayed here in December 2012 and we were totally spoilt and waited upon by the most friendly and heart warming staff that is typical of the Cambodian people. They went out of their way to help book restaurants for my family of six as well as organised a wonderful guide, Pok Heny, who gave us three wonderful and very informative day tours of the temples and surrounding countryside.
The cleanliness of the rooms was imprecible and with the free drycleaning we didn't have to worry about washing clothes for the remainder of our holiday.
Alex the hotel manager met us at the airport with Chang our driver and transferred us back to the airport when we left. My teenage sons especially loved playing pool against the staff members who were very happy to play even after their work shifts had finished.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Siem Reap. It is close to the city centre, the markets, the temples ( Chang the driver is always available to take you anywhere you want to go) and with the most beautiful staff it can't be faulted.
We will be back.
