“Very friendly staffs”
Reviewed December 25, 2011

I'm very happy with the staffs and vervice at this guesthouse. They are very helpful and friendly. It is hidden away from the main street; therefore, it's very quite, you can have a nice rest there.

The hotel was very clean and offered everything one needs for a short stay; tour arragements, free wifi, internet, hot shower, ac, and great food. The staff were very professional and always trying to take care of our needs. The location is a bit far from the main street but it was great for us since we like to go for walks. Very clean rooms at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this place!

Although we first intended to stay at the Golden Temple Villa, we found a great alternative with the Jasmin Garden Villa. It is a bit outside the city centre (10 minutes walk at most), but this charming guesthouse offers everything for a great stay. Our room was cosy, clean and had all the required comfort (hot shower, nice bed, mosquito net, ac...) On arrival (with free pick-up!!!) we we're welcomed by the staff with a refreshing beverage and given a nice overview of their offer in the restaurant, tours and others. Their restaurant serves delicious meals, the staff is uberfriendly and rooms are cleaned every day in a more than decent manner. If you ever need a thing (laundry, cigarettes or whatever...), they will show you the way or hop themselves on a motorbike to get it for you... Friendliness and customer service is regarded highly at the Jasmin Garden and although some of the staff aren't that fluent in English, they'll make up for it with a smile, letting you know it will be okay... and it always was!!! We liked it there so much, we just prolonged our stay... Just great value for a decent price delivered with a smile everyday... We would definitely go back to this lovely place!

Like the previous reviewer, another guesthouse recommended Jasmine Villa Garden because they were fully booked. We stayed for 4 nights.

Initially we were a little apprehensive given that the guesthouse was new and slightly further out than some others, but from the moment our bus arrived, we got first-class service! The manager personally picked us up from the bus station (free) and we were very warmly welcomed by all of the staff, and even provided with a welcome drink.

The rooms were fine, equipped with a bar fridge and bathroom with hot water. But the best part of our stay was the staff (and the manager in particular), who went beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions - fixed my sandals which were falling apart, helped us sort out a temple-visiting itinerary that we were happy with, made us very early morning breakfasts and helped us deal with a potentially disastrous situation with a bus company! Could not ask for better service.

The guest house has been newly renovated, and it is a 5-10 minute walk (or less with bicycles provided for free!!) to Pub Street and surrounds with lots of shops and eateries, and only about few minutes walk to the fabulous night market. A bit further away than a lot of other guesthouses, but we enjoyed the walk and being away from the hustle and bustle.

We hope to stay at Jasmine Garden Villa again in the future.

The room, toilet is tidy and clean, mini fridge in room and air-cond works well.
Recommended by other guesthouse because they were fully booked. First saw the pictures and i started to wondering how good it is about the guesthouse??? Totally no reviews on it.! Maybe is a brand new one so i would like to try my luck....And the Comments of my 3 nights here was excellent!! A Recommended to all who like to stay a little bit out from the busy street.
3 Minutes walk to Night Market and 5 minutes to Pub Street....
They arranged a pick up from the Airport at no charge, free information about the trips, Few staffs speak English and they tried their best to serve you...I had a bad experience nearby the guesthouse where i went for lunch and i got cheated. After telling them, they accompanied me back to the Restaurant and talked to them...
The owner of the guesthouse is at a young age of 28 and he was there most of the time for me. I asked him about a restaurant which take about 4km from guesthouse, he was happy and take me there. Unfortunately the restaurant resists to take us as they were fully booked..So he brought me to another place for great Cambodian foods and he treated me!!
Overall i like this Guesthouse and i will definitely return to this guesthouse again in future.
