Very good hotel, clean, confortable rooms (only breakfast should be more enhanced). Really enjoyed our stay there! Staff is very helpful, Mr Buntheon, the manager and Khysykea from the reception will always be there for you! Great assistance rendered as to how to explore Siem Reap or have a tuk tuk always available for an entire day or where it was best to eat or entertain ourselves. Couldn't be nicer. Loved it !

We stayed at the niche hotel as a jumping off point to see Angkor wat and discover the city of siem reap. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always eager to serve. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The staff is particularly helpful in arranging transport (hotel tuktuks during the day into the city are free) and making plans for day activities. Overall and wonderful place to stay in siem reap. They even arrange pick up from the airport!

I had a very pleasant Stay at the hotel with my Wife. They we kind enough to pick us up at the airport free along with our hotel reservation. The Tuk Tuk Driver stayed with us our 3 days that we were there. He was so friendly and helped us a great deal with translation and shopping. Our room was very clean and the bed was real firm but soft like a temperpedic matress. They included a nice comtinental breakfast with as much tea and coffee as you want. The staff spoke good enough english and assisted us with whatever question we had. Overall, It was a great place to stay for just a few dollars

The location of the hotel is just out of town, but this is okay with a quick tuk tuk ride into pub street which were always available. We stayed over New Years for 4 nights. The first night we found our room to be loud due to location near front of street and also large KTV across the road, but the staff and manager were very happy to move us to a room higher up and back from the main road. The rooms are nice and clean, air conditioner works well and the bathrooms satisfactory. We found the bed a little hard for our liking, but others may like this. The staff were always helpful and made sure we were okay. We had Lyon as our hotel tuk tuk driver for the 3 days going to the temples which was great. He was always happy to offer to answer questions and take us where we wanted to go. With a quick phone call or SMS to his phone he came and quickly picked us up. We liked having the same driver and felt totally comfortable with him. Unortunately the hotel had some issues during our stay with loss of power and hot water electrical equipment failures - but these I feel were isolated unlucky one off issues that could not be controlled and were resolved by the hotel. The manager always checked we were okay in the morning and apologized for the issues which was nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but tasted good.

All in all it was a okay hotel and for the price it was excellent value. We are not expecting 5 star when only paying such low nightly rates, so it was worth the money we spent.

Room Tip: See if you can get a room back from the road

Just returned from the Niche hotel and loved it. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and the staff are extremely kind and helpful, particularly Khysykea from the front desk. It is also great value for your money at just $25/night in the high season with breakfast included.

I originally planned to stay at this hotel for the first 2 nights of my 4 night trip and then move to another hotel closer to the town center. However I ended up extending for all 4 nights because the location was not a problem at all. The hotel has 2-3 tuk tuks on stand by ready to take you into town(5min ride) for free and they will also pick you up and bring you back to hotel if you like. I went out to Pub Street every night and honestly did not feel any inconvenience at all. Please don't let the location put you off this awesome hotel, because you will not regret your stay here! I will surely come back.

Very plessent stay! ill deffinitivly go back soon,
The hotel had clean rooms, good beds, nice bathroom, its very new, felt like 4 stars,
but the best thing about Niche Hotel was the super frendly staff,
Khysykea, the reciptionist, helped me out with booking the tok tok driver i had, when seeing the ankor wat, and booking buss tickets for my further travel back to bangkok.
the hotel also featured a free tok tok driver for going downtown and back to the hotel
