I had been in touch with Hak personally before i arrived and he had given me lots of advice on getting to Cambodia and to the guesthouse. I was staying in Siem Reap during the floods of Oct 2011 and although the road past the guesthouse was flooded we still managed to get in and out (with a little bit of wading). The property itself is clean and airy and the rooms are very good value, large with massive beds and perfectly functional bathrooms. Breakfast is included and is a very good selection and the restaurant at the guesthouse serves local food at good prices. Hak's own tuk tuk driver Sin is a lovely man and although he speaks little english is very helpful and will take you wherever you need to go. They will book you anything you need and help in any way they can.

Hak the owner is so friendly and welcoming, as are his family. decent rooms for good prices, his mum also cooks great food (sweet and sour chicken is fab). You can arrange tuk tuk for seeing the temples or getting anywhere and the drivers are great and speak good english. Really nice atmosphere in the place with free internet, use of TV in common area and good place to meet other travellers sitting out on the front with a glass of Angkor Beer!

The staff were very friendly and the owner was extreamly helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, however sometimes the room was not swept properly and the bathroom bin not emptied. Everytime we needed a tuktuk the owner would arrange one for us and if we were just going for dinner he would arrange for the tuktuk to wait for us. It isn't too far from the old market and places to eat either. Would recommend.

Staying at this guest house during the flood at Siem Reap, yes the flood... I booked a room for 4 night. At the first night, i almost change my mind to move to another flood-free GH, but i didn't,it would be very hard since the flood are all over Siem Reap and i think i made the right decision.
I do satisfied staying there, the owner, the staff, the tuk tuk driver, all are very friendly, the food is finger-licking good...all is excellent and you got it for a good price. I didn't think about the flood anymore, it's fun!
Oh, and he also provide ticket booking to PNH, with a very reasonable price.
I would recommend this place to whoever planning to stay at Siem Reap

One of Hak's tuktuk drivers picked us up in town. Hak gave us a warm welcome and very good adviced for angkor wat and our trip! He is well-organised and his place is very clean!
The food could be a little better, but it was ok and you have a great choice in town.
I would recommend the place to families and to backpacker!
