This is one of the best tables in SR. I dont feel it like just a restaurant.This is a magic garden with table and paillotes scattered in this fresh, cool area. The 'cerise on the gateau' is this little swimming pool where you can chill out as long as you like under sugar palm trees after a cocktail or a meal. This genuine fusion cuisine will make you travel around local and international savors. No need to talk more about the food here. Just ask Fred (he is a genuine french CHEF) how he cooks this or that, how he selects the best local resources, how he grows spices and aromates by himself...He will enjoy sharing his knowledge. Can I say more ? Even a burger will taste like never, just take a look at the menu and let you draw by your feelings, BON APPETIT ! Enjoy !
