we booked through agoda $22 per night. Picked up from the airport. Arrived before check in time so had to wait for room to be made up. Breakfast is either rice, soup or toast, baguettes and omelet with jam. They provide 3 computers for use, they are a little slow. They have international power points in rooms sp you dont need adapters. Bed was comfortable. Short walk into town and quiet location. We had a tuk tuk for tour of outer temples for $24, he barely spoke to us for the whole trip and told us tour was finished at 1.00pm. They dont clean up your room on a daily basis even if you do put a tag on your door and they do not empty your rubbish or supply you with drinking water on a daily basis. we were there for 5 days and had to find a rubbish bin. These are minor things but stops me from awarding it an excellent. The main pool is really nice and cleaned daily. Found a dead baby bird in the small pool which i removed myself. on our first two nights there was a very noisy church group which were constantly singing and then using the pool three times a day and yelling and screaming and playing games. So no one else could use the pool or the computers. But once they were gone it was nice and quiet. Overall it was excellent value and a nice place to stay and i would go back.

Stayed here in June1st night standard room. Downstairs standard rooms have bars on window which seem very dangerous in case of fire. They transferred us to 1st floor which was better. Basic rooms with fan and good ac. Bathroom very basic. Not so clean. We moved to stay more night a in new wing at rear. These are superior rooms. They are better quality and have view to pool in courtyard from balcony. The room itself was spacious. Furniture heavy wood which in style of hotel. We took room without breakfast cost to reduce cost. They put us in a twin which was adequate but the white walls were filthy with footprints etc from children staying previously. Hello kitty stickers on walls and bathroom remained no effort to remove. Quilts too smsll for beds. Pillows not so clean with hair from former guests. Floors dirty and dusty in non- thoroughfares. Bathroom has dirty fittings and mould air con wiring through roof above shower. Man holes left open. None of these alone are reason not to recommend but need attention if this property is to live up to its potential. Pool is great.

Basic accommodation with good pool and modest bar/food service.
Rooms are modest too.
Internet WIFI available throughout building.
The hotel has a pool surrounded by hotel rooms, great for a group booking. Watch out for wet floor in bar area next to pool as it gets very slippery - I fell over and landed hard on the terracotta floor.
Rooms are modest with comfortable beds (on the hard side) and well cooled with the airconditioning, which is a welcome relief with Cambodia’s heat and humidity in June.

A reasonable walk to the heart of town. We felt safe walking even late at night. Service is OK, although desk staff tends to be sitting at a computer with headphones on and attention focused on the computer.

Restaurant is good for breakfast. A hamburger purchased for another meal was a bit odd.

Decent room, with some early morning noise from a business next door. We enjoyed the pool and that pushes my grade up to 4.

Friendly staff and good rooms. Nice pool and good food. Accessible to night market and Pub street. I booked a day before our trip and I am having night flight. I did not expect someone to pick us from the airport but I was my name printed on a paper with a tuk tuk driver :). Bonus for them. When touring around you can ask for the driver named ROBIN, he is a good guy and will help you get around at your time of preference.

Room Tip: Make sure to book with Deluxe Rooms its nice and worth the price you pay.

I stayed in Siem Reap for 4 days, and this is the hotel i stayed at the whole time. This facility is not in the heart of the downtown/Pub St action - it was about a 15 minute walk to that area. So it was not too far from the action, yet down a quite street, so the hotel is very quiet. The lobby is very spacious, I found my room to be very spacious as well. The decor is very dark, very dark wood, the hallways very dark, the stairwells very dark. My room was fine, well equipped, but my shower/tub leaked a lot all over the floor. My room also had a balcony looking over the pool, and big enough to sit on. Nice little touch. The staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just ok the food average, but it is nice to sit beside the pool while eating. The pool is great, in the center with a nice court yard, nice loungers to sit on, with shade if needed. Overall I would stay here again.

\I stayed here for three nights in October November 2012. The hotel was excellent The staff were always helpful in giving guidance about the city and about Angkor. They gave me tips on purchases and about the night market . The friendly nature and warmth of the staff are really nice. The tariff is really excellent for budget traveler.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool are good . For travel around you can always depend on the advise of the staff
