When we arrived to the Bunwin Boutique, I was immediately concerned about its location. It is out of the way on what can best be described as a dirt road that appears to be more of an alley than a street. However, while the location was slightly inconvenient, this was more than made up for by everything else the hotel provided. Great service, very friendly, and very nice accommodations.

First, the hotel provides you with a free tuk tuk shuttle into town and gives you a cell phone so that you can call them for a pickup when you are ready. Pretty awesome. Second, they include an hour of free massage. Third, free wifi. The rooms are very nice and quiet. Great air conditioning. Also, the breakfast is very nice with good options and large portions. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

One possible drawback, this hotel is better for a low-key time than for a raucous beer fest. It would be inconvenient if you were spending late nights on pub street. However, if you are looking for a quiet, nice place, this was perfect.

We had a really nice time in this hotel. Beautiful and spacious room, nice pool. The service and staff was excellent (for example the free remork moto to the city centre and the phone they gave us to call them for pickups from the centre). The food was also great.

Good hotel. Only 10 rooms with swimming pool. Very helpful staff. Feels like home . Very quiet because its a little away from the main road. Have free tuk tuk to take us around city. Also provided mobile phone to call for pick us feom town. Have airport pick up service also. Not much selection for breakfast but it taste good. If you couple having honeymoon, must stay here cause its feel very private with reasonable price

This is a long overdue review, but so many times I think back and talk about this hotel to people, it was utterly stunning. The staff were exceptional! Myself and my friend both mid twenties stayed here and everyday the staff were so helpful. It is a family place though not a party resort of any kind. Its luxurious and relaxing.
On the last day, one of them brought us to see his friend whose a fortune teller.
Very clean, comfy beds, they will drive you where you want to go an pick you up and you can hire bikes.
If I return I definitely wont stay anywhere else.
The only negative is that they do not have black out curtains.

Beautiful large luxury suites, great pool and grounds. Staff so very helpful and friendly, always smiling. They organised all transport needed and all trips. Felt like a VIP. Helped organise tuk tuk hire for a day, very reasonably priced and drivers so friendly and helpful. Hotel provided free tuk tuk into town which was excellent. Great holiday would stronly recommend if you go to siem reap this is the place to stay.
