We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived at 8am- didn't expect to get in our room until 1pm but we were given breakfast and early access to the room. All the staff are friendly, going out of their way to make your stay special. Cold towels each time you return to the hotel. From the free airport pick up,free massage, to the compleementary iced tea if you are sat around the hotel, every aspect is customer focused. It is a comfortable, clean boutique hotel , good food, close to the market and pub street. The hotel will organise all your trips out if you ask them, they also arranged our coach trip to Phnom Penh. Great stay and would stay again.

We had a great stay at the golden temple, the service was awesome from the beginning right to the very end. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff and given cold towels, drinks and food. Couldn't have asked for more! They helped us organise our tours out to Angkor Wat and other ruins so it was all very easy. Its about a 5 -10 min walk (depending how fast you walk) to the markets and pub street, so close to everything. We asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 7pm and we were given it free of charge. The meals were great and our complimentary massage was awesome. We ended up going for another massage the day we left also! On the day we left we had a free transfer on the tuk tuk and 3 staff members came out to wave us goodbye! So sweet!!! We've had worse service at 4 star hotels so the golden temple meet our expectations and more!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever in Siem Reap.

Friendly, clean , great value and a great location. Not too far from the centre and about a 10min walk to Pub Street for a great feed & drink

Staff very friendly and helpful always had drink and a cool towel and a smile on your return.
Free massage with the package is also great. Go for the better room as we had a base room and the bathroom facilities were very tight so try and upgrade to a higher level room.

Organise your Angkor tour from there as the guide and driver were fantastic and awfully cheap.

take your time at the temples. we had an early start@ dawn before the crowds to about lunch time with a brunch in between. We did this before it got too hot as we thought the temples could be very hot during the day.

Well worth it but try and get a small group of 5-6 to share the cost of the driver and guide, We got a 3 day pass each and basically 2 big days cost us per person ~$65 U.S. Do it with a guide as they know the background and take you to some great spots. You won't regret it plus the air conditioned mini van is a relief and comfortable. We did the furthest temples ( lady temples) plus the land mine museum .

The experience was unforgettable, food and drink the cheapest experienced
recommended as a must do in asia

Room Tip: Go for a better room wit a bigger bathroom ..

wonderful time with your team and feel so much like home. The meals prepared were delicious, the spa were great and the price is reasonable.

We arrived on an early flight, before our room was ready. The hotel staff were amazing- providing breakfast and letting us relax in their spa whilst we waited for our room. Great food in their restaurant and brilliant value for money. Only downside was the staff were quite noisy when starting their shifts in the morning- don't go for a lie in! But everything else was spot on. They have tours of the temples sorted and easily booked. They really looked after us!

There is not a single thing we would complain or suggest on doing better.
The staff is always friendly and very very helpful. Right the second we entered the lobby we felt welcome with a cool towel, drink and staff attending our needs. After a quick check in we were guided to our room. The room is nice big and has everything one needs for a few days in Siem Reap. Petals were scattered across the bed, everything was tidy and clean. We got a tray of fruits, nuts and sticky rice and were explained a variety of things we needed to know to make our stay pleasant.
The complementary massage was so nice we straight away booked another one for the next day. Also, given the spa is attached to the hotel the price for the massages are really a great deal and totally worth it.
The pool looked also very nice, we just didn't find the time to dip in.
All in all, we felt very welcome and the staff always attended our needs with a smile and helped us enjoy our time.
We recommend anyone going to Siem Reap to stay here.
