I was simply amazed by this experience. I tried 12 types of meat in this barbecue: the most exotic ones were crocodile, ostrich and kangaroo. It is done in the centre of your table, by yourself! You just have to rub pork fat in the metallic little furnace and spread the meal around it. We had a delicious wine to follow. This is a typical Cambodian dish. You definitely must try it. You can also entertains yourself with the passbyers in Pub Street, as it is a very lively place at night.
