The staff here are wonderful- incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean, nicely decorated and have balconies. Bathrooms are ok. Location was not the best but only a 5 minute walk to the old market area. If you're room is on the fourth or fifth floor it is a hike. Overall a great value and nice hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights during our 1 month in Cambodia, and it was probably the best value place we stayed. The rooms were big and clean, with TV, fridge and wifi, and ours had a nice balcony (overlooking a nice construction site). The location is just a short walk from everything in the center, luckily with the rain, on a paved street, no need for a tuk tuk in town. The breakfast included with the room was eggs, bread fruit, tea or coffee, nothing fancy but enough. The front desk girls are probably the friendliest in Cambodia, especially Solidad?
We were picked up from our bus for free, and as the driver had to wait 2 hours in the rain for our late bus, we decided to use him for our trip to the temples for the first day, and were very happy with him so used him for 2 more days.
They also have another hotel in town with a swimming pool which you can use, although we never did.
There are hundreds of places to stay in Siem Reap, many I'm sure just as good as here, but for $15 a night with breakfast for 2, this was a great find.

Room Tip: Reserving directly through the hotel was a lot cheaper than Agoda or any other websites

We lived in Siem Reap for 6 months and stayed here on our arrival and also when we had to move apartments. We also recommended this hotel to our visiting friends who loved it. Rooms are clean and cheap and the staff are super friendly. Its a 5 minute walk to the town and they have well priced trips to Angkor Wat.
We come back to Siem Reap with family in September and will be staying here!

We originally planned to stay at the Siem Reap Hostel which is next door, however moved for various reasons. We moved here and found it great value for money. $12 a night for aircon, tv, bathroom with tub, fridge, balcony etc and 5 mins from Pub street is a very good deal. The hotel also provided a great tuk tuk driver for us to do the Angkor Wat tour.

While visiting Ankor Wat, we based ourselves here for four nights in a double superior balcony room. For less than $20 a night, you cannot beat it. The rooms are huge and spotless, the balcony is great to watch the traffic and you have all the creature comforts - AC, tv, fridge, desk. The reception and cleaning staff were always greeting us. You can book tours and tuk tuks through reception also, they are very helpful - if anything maybe slightly too helpful! I read in another review that the bathroom was a little tired and I do agree, however it was very clean. The old Market and Pub St is only a 5min walk away. Its nice to book something over the river since it will be a lot more quiet at night for a good rest. The breakfast was standard (eggs, bread, fruit) and sufficient. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and anyone looking for a quiet yet close to the action budget hotel in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony
