I lived in Cambodia for over a year, and I visited this restaurant as often as I could! The food here is best described as modern, with plenty of modern Khmer options, and good western food too. The sushi, the pasta, and the coconut crème brûlée are particular favourites of mine. Although the restaurant is expensive by Cambodian standards, by Western standards it is an absolute bargain. The quality of the food is incredible, the service is impeccable, and the cocktails are fantastic. The setting is second to none - daybeds, comfy chairs, and more formal tables, and the ever friendly and helpful staff are happy to seat you wherever your mood takes you. Nest has a cocktail happy hour, and it is definitely worth going early to take advantage of this - there are some delicious and unusual cocktails on offer. There is also a pretty impressive wine list, which the attentive staff have a good knowledge of, and there is a good range of beers and spirits. I really cannot fault this place, and without a doubt I will be back next time I'm in Cambodia.
