“Very good location with big clean rooms!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2014

Stayed here for 3 days. Nice modern clean big rooms. Very quiet, but still only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and pubs near Pub Street. Reception staff very helpful. We had a TV, fridge, kettle & air con for in our room for $25 a night. Would definitely stay here again.

My only criticism would be that you are only provided with 2 coffee sachets a day & when we asked for more we were told that the hotel would normally only provide 2 sachets a day -they did give us more when we asked, but it was all a bit awkward!

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor which was nice & quiet

Good clean hotel within easy walking distance to centre. Nice small pool to cool off. The Tuk Tuk driver we found at the hotel, was helpful with booking to get into Ankor Wat etc Very quiet location..

Ended up staying here for ten nights in total. All the employees are helpful and friendly. The rooms are of a decent size, and it was very nice to have the option of the pool and loungers to chill out on. The pool stays pretty cold throughout the day as it is under the shade but the loungers get both sun and shade.

I recently spent three nights here and have no major complaints except for the fact that the lights in my room were so dim that I could barely read or write. Also, the computer in the lounge was almost useless because the keyboard was ancient and urgently needs to be replaced. The hotel is away from the noise and bedlam of Siem Reap, but within easy walking distance to Pub Street, a surreal fantasy land of restaurants, massage parlours, souvenir shops.

The hotel arranged a car and driver for two days, so that I could visit (actually revisit, since I was in Angkor in 2007) the main temples. The driver, Thera Koung, was excellent, spoke very good English, and became a friend. You can reach him at thera98koung@gmail.com and at 855-12694318. He's extremely reliable. He charges the standard rate of $30 per day.

Chea, at the hotel reception, was most courteous and helpful. You will be in his good hands as soon as you arrive.

Siem Reap--very tragically--has sold its soul to tourism. It's blossomed into a mini Las Vegas of luxury boutique hotels which lie vacant most of the year since the big tourist season lasts only 4 months. The lavish and thoughtless display of wealth and affluence in one of Asia's poorest countries is really obscene. Pub Street and the hotels are owned by foreign investors; the Cambodians wait at tables and wash the dishes. That's the sad reality of Siem Reap.

The temples are, of course, magnificent. My favorites: Angkor Wat, Bayon, Bauphon, Banteay K'dai, Banteay Samre, Ta Prom, Preah Khan, Pre Rup. Try to go to Ta Prom during the lunch hour when the tour groups are gone. It's the most atmospheric temple complex in all of Angkor, and you need to be alone here.

Amazing staff, brilliant location, room was as good as you'd get in any high class city. Tuk tuk drivers were amazing. Beautiful pool, helpful staff, easy walk to pub street. Wifi needs a little upgrade but honestly, it's nothing big. The room makes up for it all.

Great place to stay in Siem. A five minute walk from the main/best part of Siem. The staff are great, no noise at night, rooms are quite nice. Only negative was that the pool is covered so can't be in the pool while taking in the sun, but we never really wanted to use it anyway cause we were so busy. Would definitely stay here again
