I have brought many teams of students to learn Cambodian cuisine, and Tigre de Papier cooking class has been my favorite. WE get to choose whatever meal we want to learn to cook from the Khmer menu, then we go to the market to visit and see where the ingredients are bought, then we get to cook with an experienced chef and learn how to prepare the dish we chose. Then we can all seat together at the restaurant and enjoy what we cooked together and get to taste what the others cooked too.
