My friends and I stayed in two double rooms for 3 nights. The rooms themselves were clean, and included everything you needed. You may or may not get a bath (there appears to be a shower in every room) but you probably won't get time for a bath!

The breakfasts were large and delicious (baguette, fried egg and fruit). There was free wi-fi, but it was fairly non-existent in the rooms. You have to go down to the lobby to use it, which for me was fine because while doing so I got to chat to all the lovely people there.

The best thing about this guesthouse, though, has to be the staff. Mr Bun Kao is a lovely man, who is doing a lot to help the community. Every other member of staff was also very friendly and helpful, and had a decent command of English.

I highly recommend you request Kouch, a guide and tuk-tuk driver to help you out. He was our guide for 2 days and showed us an excellent time. He is fluent in English and French and his knowledge of Cambodian history and all the temples is astounding. If you come to Siem Reap with no plan, like we did, entrust yourself to him - he will show you everything you need to see! If you have a plan, by all means tell him about it and he'll make it happen.

I had a fantastic 3 days here, and if I'm lucky enough to visit Siem Reap again will definitely stay here!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting Angkor Wat. Excellent location with many guesthouses on the street. Mr. Bun Kao bends over backwards to help you. Breakfast (egg & baguette & coffee) is included. One day they even brought it to my room on a tray. Wifi is slow but consistent. We were in 2 different rooms, both very clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. TV had a ton of channels, even watched American football playoff games. Rented bikes. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend. The only problem was that it was very noisy in the area. I found this to be a common problem in Cambodia....they think everyone should be up with them at 5AM. Bring earplugs. Ask for room on crocodile farm side of guesthouse where it is a little quieter.

The staff was smiling and very helpful. They arranged a tuk tuk driver and a great guide for us. They made our days at Angkor Wat in to a perfect experience. The rooms was ok. and they had free good breakfast. Some of the profit from the guesthouse goes to a local children school. While we were there, the manager also arranged a charity dinner for some of the less fortunate locals in the area.

I cant say enough good things about the Gentleman who runs this Guesthouse.

I was there with a best friend, and had come to Siem Reap for a 30th birthday and to see the Temples. Bun was helpful in every single way possible. I needed a fast turn around on my washing - he did it. We slept in on the sunrise temple tour morning and found him down stairs at 5.30am calling all his Tuk Tuk Friends. We would party until 6am in the morning and find him starting work upon returning home, he was still there when we had left the night before at midnight. Such a hardworker with a wonderful smile, so willing to help.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, the linen is nice and new and all staff give a smile. The food is pretty good but only if you dont have the time to head into town. We paid $15 U.S for an aircon room with private bathroom that was very nice and clean.
