Lovely rooms, 1 King + 1 double. Had a room facing pool with balcony (some didn't have a balcony).
Breakfast quite good, nice pastries.
Food in hotel restaurant for Dinner nice but service awful (mix ups, slow).
Kettle and tea/instant coffee making in room. Hairdryer, safe. Walk in shower as well as separate bath.
Tuks-tuks to town $3 each way. Hotel shuttle bus only every 2 hours but good if time suits you.
Free bottled water

Room Tip: Rooms facing pool with balcony are nice

My wife and I stayed there for 5 days. We had travelled a lot and stayed many hotels, but this hotel provided the best quality with the highly competitive price. Room was great with great view (vast area of tropical forest) and foods were highly satisfactory (the best morning buffet) and spa provided nice massages at unbelievable price. Spa provides 30% discount to hotel guests on originally cheap price. So we totally enjoyed the luxury of massage services. I could say again that The beauty of this hotel is the best quality with highly competitive price. And especially Spa !!!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of an organised trip in January 2014. This is a good quality hotel situated a fair distance from the centre of Siem Reap but a very easy ride by tuk tuk to the centre. There are a plentiful supply of tuk tuks in Siem Reap and this is the way to travel here very cheaply. We had a comfortable room on the second floor overlooking the pool but unfortunately also overlooked a building site although this did not unduly impinge on our enjoyment of the resort. Staff were very obliging accommodating and pleasant and keen to please although service in the restaurant was very slow indeed and we thought that more staff are needed in the evenings especially. Food was generally good but could have been served warmer. The hotel is well situated for visiting the magnificent temples of Angor Wat and Angkor Tom and many of the other temples in the region. Try the afternoon tea in the hotel ground floor Snack bar......very good and very reasonable. Centre of Siem Reap was a bit too commercialised and noisy for our taste so we ate mainly in the hotel. Situated very close to the airport.

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking the pool will be fine once the adjacent construction phase is completed. Renov...

Transferred from another hotel in Siem Reap. Miracle is on a main thoroughfare but set back from the roadway. One wing of the hotel was not yet complete and there was construction going on at the adjoining property but construction noise was not an issue. Nice quiet room on an upper floor over looking the wonderful salt water pool. Check in was not good due to a lack of training/experience of the staff. Manager had to intervene and appoligize regarding the poor service. Unfortunately the service suffered throughout our stay. This was not necessarily due to the more than willing & polite staff but due to a lack of training, lack of many meal & beverage choices listed on the menu being regularly unavailable, etc. The hotel appears to cater to bus loads of PRC tourists which lead to absolute chaos during the breakfast buffet - pushing and shoving, people cutting in front of you, shortages of food. We have visited the PRC a dozen times and are used to the cultural differences but this experience was unacceptable given it occured in what is supposed to be an upscale hotel. We were finally seated in the closed upper level of the restaurant by staff in an effort to save us from the onslaught. Great spa on site and worth the visit for a massage. Tuk tuk drivers not allowed on the property except to drop off registered guests. We used hotel transportation several times to avoid aggressive/rude tuk tuk drivers. When we found a good driver we scheduled in advance to visit sites, go for diner, shopping, etc. Would likely select another hotel to say in when we next visit Siem Reap.

My wife and I are from New Zealand, in our 50s, and were delighted with our 5 night stay. Our Airport pickup was faultless, the welcome at hotel by Sopheak was impressive for his courtesy, good manners and attentiveness. Sophan at the Snack bar was consistently professional and polite and was able to arrange delivery of snacks to poolside. All staff we encountered strived to give a high standard of service which was very much appreciated. Meal and drink prices within the hotel were low, so eating-in was a viable option.

The hotel concierge arranged an English language speaking guide, Ly Chenda for a one day tour of the temples. Chenda's English and service was excellent and we engaged him for another day and a half after that, not to visit temples (one day and three temples was sufficient for us and they are great) but to stop and interpret anywhere we took a personal interest in visiting by Tuk Tuk or hired mountain bike. By anywhere I mean town and countryside, each was fascinating and having an English language speaking guide allowed us to interact with, laugh with and often photograph - local people whether they were tending vegetables, fishing in lakes or streams, climbing palm trees for palm juice, operating road style stalls, building new houses, building tuk tuks or operating an orphanage. We unreservedly recommend Chenda.

We recommend the free Cello concert at the Hospital Jayarvman V11 in Siem Reap at 7.15pm every Thurs and Saturday. The story and video of how the Kantha Bopha Children's Hospital serves the country gave us a sought-after background to the history and culture of the whole Cambodian Kingdom.

We strongly recommend a visit to the War Museum. It seems to be looked after by a caretaker man who speaks very good English and may be Suon Rottama?? He was caught up in the war, had landmine injuries and spoke from the heart with great dignity and from personal experience of these ghastly war times. If he is busy guiding someone else, I'd say he's worth waiting up to two hours for until he comes free. The hardware armoury held my interest for only 10 minutes but I didn't go there for that. It is the is the guide's stories that are powerful, compelling and important to learn about.

We recommend the six-course degustation menu at Cuisine Wat Damnak, a restaurant situated between Psa Dey Hoy market and Angkor High School. It was our best high-end dining experience, a five star experience at very reasonable prices.

The Tara Boat tour of the floating village was a drawn-out disappointment that ended with a begging-whining cat that eventually jumped on our table to try and share the poor food.

The sightseeing in and around Siem Reap and the Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa Hotel are well worth a visit. We had a lovely holiday and if you read your name here, we thank you for your part in making it so. If you don't read your name here, wae likely remember you too but not your name sorry.

Angkor Miracle is a 5 star Cambodian hotel located outside of Siem Reap city center, less than 10 minute drive from the airport.  It is in a quieter part of the city. Tuk tuk is widely available to take you into the town for $2.00/one way. The property is tastefully decorated with woodcarving panels and Angkorian stone sculptures and bas-reliefs of Apsaras reproduced by local artisans. We stayed at Angkor Miracle 9 nights and it is a very comfortable base to explore Angkor Wat and other temples.  The room is spacious and elegantly furnished, the bed is firm and comfortable  with excellent soft lighting. Bathroom is clean with a tub and a separate shower. Hot water is plentiful.  Hotel restaurant has a limited menu, but cooks excellent Khmer food.  Good Spa and massage service.  Wifi is only working in lobby and oftentimes connection is slow. Breakfast quality desires significant improvement. Staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our long stay and will recommend this hotel to all travelers.

This was the first stop on our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been more delighted. We were greeted at the airport late at night by a lovely porter in a vintage Mercedes!! The entrance and lobby impressed us from the beginning. The service was friendly and always available. We were placed in a huge room on the VIP floor that had a lounge bar that was exclusively for guests on this level. The pool was beautiful and lounging around was easy as the pool bar made awesome cocktails.
We found a tuk tuk driver right out the front, named Sin, who was so lovely and we booked him every day of our 5 day stay. He was more than happy to show us the great sights of Siem Reap.

Highly recommended.
