Although it is much too far to walk into town, this hotel is located near to the airport, and not far at all from the major "wats" or temples. We really enjoyed this comfortable hotel with its friendly smiling staff - and that pool ! - large, far too warm! - but with an attractive poolside bar, and plenty of poolside loungers ad essential shades.

This hotel provides world-class service. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, someone would attend to you immediately with their winning smiles. Each time I arrive back to the hotel, they would open the car doors and walk me to the hotel entrance where someone else will open the hotel doors. Fantastic; their hospitality is like no other! The rooms are very clean and spacious; I had mine facing the pool. The spa provides superb massage and the gym is pretty well equipped. On my last day, when I was driven to the airport on their free airport transfer, the bell driver called out to me and asked if I had left anything behind as the reception had called him. My husband spoke to the reception on his phone and turns out that indeed, he left his Samsung mobile phone in the room. The same driver drove us back to retrieve the phone and rushed us back to the airport so that we wouldn't miss our flight. My husband and I are very grateful for that, and would like to thank the hotel employees for everything. If we were to return to Siem Reap, this would definitely be our hotel choice. Simply wonderful.

I stayed in Siem Reap for seven days and could not have been better taken care of. The hotel is new, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant was outstanding. Ask for Eliot to take care of your tour arrangements; everything was well organized and planned out, and the guide and drivers were well informed and took great care to make sure that I had a rewarding visit. The hotel is not in the middle of Siem Reap, (a VERY good thing), but is close enough that if you want its only a few minutes away. If you go to Siem Reap, and you really should, this is the best place to stay!

Room Tip: ASk for a pool view.. it's like looking out on a tropical garden!

I felt like a celebrity when i stayed here for five days, four nights. All the staff, from house keeping to the duty managers were lovely, friendly and very efficient. The hotel is very well appointed, located a bit away from the hub bub of pub street, but thats a good thing. There were always tuk tuks available outside to take you into town for $3 and its a short ride but you may need to close your eyes when they merge into the main road against on coming traffic!!
The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, quickly served and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel.
The beds may be too firm for some but i had no problem with it.

We were in Riem Reap 3 months prior, but stayed at a different hotel. The Miracle resort was fantastic. From the time we checked in to leaving 5 days later, we experienced the most wonderful service in this first class hotel. The choice for breakfast was world class, as was lunch and then dinner. The hotel offered cocktails with canapes at the bar which was wonderful. Our room was roomy with the best facilities with a large balcony. The pool area was lush and we felt like we were the only ones staying at the hotel. We used the hotel massage everyday and this was pure luxury. There was even a hairdresser in the hotel (which I didn't use). Management was everywhere, they spoke to us daily and asked if we were enjoying our stay. My husband and I will definitely be back and stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms overlooked the pool and all had balconies.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a fantastic time. The hotel check in process was so relaxing and smooth. Our Guest Relations Officer was great. She provided support and assistance whenever we had a question or booking that needed to be made.

The rooms are spacious and they remembered to give us an interconnecting room which was important for our group. They organised a tour guide, driver and car for us for 2 days. The tour was really good, it was a private tour and we were able to ask the driver and tour guide to change the itinerary to suit our needs. At the end of each leg, we were provided with bottled water and refreshing facial towels to cool us down. That was a definite bonus.

As part of our booking, we also received a free 1 hour Khmer massage per person per room. It was a really nice and interesting experience. The spa is very relaxing and well decorated.

The hotel is located a few minutes drive to the town centre, not really walking distance. However, they have a shuttle bus that can take you into town and the Tuk Tuks are very cheap to get back to the hotel.

We will certainly come here again if we visit Siem Reap.
