I went on my own for 5 days to this hotel, very warm welcome and the staff is very helpful. Tuk tuk can be organised to go into town so it is very pleasant to be away from all the chaos from the city..if you want to relax.. Plesant room and adorable staff for breakfast. They treated me like a princess and they really made my stay..thanks a lot.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The villas are really nice, clean, and well done.
The staff was charmful and really helpful and made our stay here comfortable. From Christian to Jimmy, everyone is there to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was ok, though a little bit limited in choices (maybe due to mid-season...)
The hotel is 5-10 min tuctuc away from downtown which is great for anyone seeking for quiet nights. Tuctuc shuttle for downtown is complimentary between 6 and 10 pm.
They arrange as well private drivers for day excursions. Our driver, Sok Sidi, was extremely friendly and turned out to be a great guide as well. We strongly recommend him if you are interested in learning also about the country and its history!

A transfer from the airport to a turnoff and a short distance on a dirt road took us to the walled Suites and Sweet complex. We were greeted by the wonderful manager Kim and her right-hand man Jimmy who made himself available to guests 24/7 as he lives on the premises.
Into our unit in no time we found a neat villa with a decent size and depth plunge pool at a refreshing temperature. The almost-private pool was cleaned meticulously daily. There was an ample sized covered verandah over the edge of the lake. The suite lacked nothing with a roomy bathroom, good sized bed, comfortable lounge and chairs, adequate Wi-Fi and television and a handy mini bar.
The restaurant was excellent in all respects, other than a rather ordinary breakfast offering, and we were happy to have most of our meals there, or room service, if we didn't eat out.
It is just a 15 minute casual walk or quick taxi trip to the nearest shopping and restaurant area.
A half-day tour was interesting; however, if you decide to get a driver for a tour insist on a good English speaker...our tour was spoiled by not being able to be told what we were looking at.
We would highly recommend Suites and Sweet (funny name!) to couples who are happy to have the peace and privacy in preference to the people and partying.

For those people who don't mind contributing more towards maturing of the tourism infrastructure in Cambodia AND who enjoy tranquility, this is a unique hotel. The rooms surround a natural-appearing pond. Each suite has a private patio and pool. The staff is attentive. Yes, there are places in town that cost much less, but it is still a good value!

From the moment we were picked up at Siem Reap Airport until our check-out, it has been a total pleasure to stay at this small resort, located outside the bustle of Siem Reap, in a very quiet area.

The hotel is made of small houses/villas located around a small lake, very idyllic. Our room was huge, with a living room, a bedroom and large bathroom. The room also had a terrace, with a perfect little pool to relax after a long day exploring the temples (however, the water can be a little cold). The value is incredible.

The location is not perfect, since it is outside of town, but it is compensated by the fact that the staff will find you a (trustworthy) tuk tuk driver, who can drive you to the center if you want to go out in the evening, and drive you back to the hotel when you are finished. The same driver showed us around Siem Reap for the 2 days we were there, and we couldn't have had a better person to show us around.

The staff was very helpful. My friend got sick, so they were kind enough to find him a doctor in town. They also helped us book some bus tickets to Phnomh Penh. It was also a pleasure to chat with the french owner, who is extremely friendly.

I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Siem Reap!

I was so happy that I had chosen this beautiful resort, especially after seeing downtown Siem Reap in the evening. Each room has a private patio, with a small but heavenly swimming pool. It is neck-deep, and after a day in the temples, nothing feels better than tearing off your hot clothes and jumping in.

The resort is a short 10 minutes to town by tuk-tuk, which the hotel provides both coming and going to town. I found the staff exceptional, they could not do enough to make me feel welcome and supported during my stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, and each has a gorgeous view of the water feature that touches each of the units.

I would not stay anywhere else if I return to Siem Reap. This place is a gem.

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet and private. i don't think there is a preferred location.

Dear Valued Guest,
Beyond your excellent comment about us, I have to confess that I love your review.
Indeed you point out the quality of our peacefulness resort compare to the bustle of the city center and its all concept of our boutique hotel: green, secluded and zen.
Again, thank you for taking time to post this review and hope to see you again!
Have a safe trip back home.
Best regards

The hotel is charming, and the staff were very eager to please. We loved the minimalistic room decor, and the little plunge pool that came along with each villa.
We had really miscalculated how far the resort was from 'downtown' so we were left bound to the timings of our hired car. There is absolutely nothing in the vicinity, and unless you are ready to brave the stray dogs in a dark lane, popping out for dinner is not an option. This is of course nothing to do with the hotel - they will even call a tuk tuk - but since we prefer to be able to walk around the hotel area, this was something that we should have researched a little more on.
However there were some things that we felt really needed improvement...
1: the place is overrun by geckos - large and small....and we found it difficult eating our dinner under the eye of a particularly spectacular specimen in the dining room on the night of our arrival.
2: the food, both quality and the choice (the lack of it).... Especially considering that you need to travel by tuk tuk for 10 mins to the nearest restaurant....so not really a possibility if you want an afternoon or late night small snack!
3: the Wifi did not work in the rooms during our stay - apparently something to do with the rains.
4: the vanity lights are very low....mood lighting is fine....but carried a bit far when the bathroom is dim!
All in all, the stay was made good by the quality of service of the staff.

Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you for taking time to post this review. We noted some good points and some disappointment. Anyway, we are happy to note that over all "your stay was made good" by the quality of service of the staff".
Unfortunately during your stay we had strong rains and flood around the vicinity and maybe it caused some disagreements. We take advantage of this response to inform all our guests to alert us immediately during their stay if something is not satisfying.
1. Actually, our resort is nearby town and this is mentioned in all advertising website or agencies. Indeed, such a concept ( villas around the pond ) could not located in the center. This is the specificity of our property and guests generally loved to stay in a peaceful and green environment. Most of time the driving distance by tuktuk/car to downtown take 5-6 minutes. For sure in flood condition it could take longer .
2. In Cambodia, gecko are every where even in down town. They feed flies, mosquitoes that is why you did not see any. Moreover, they are inoffensive.
3. Food. So sorry... as French owner it is one of my priority to provide tasty dishes. Maybe we failed that time?
4. For the vanity lights, if you told us we could had lamp shade.
Once again, thank you for sharing your opinion. It's always valuable for us to improve our property.
Best regards,
