I was in the Rose Apple last month. We had a very beautiful experience in this recently renovated boutique bed and breakfast. There was nothing to complain about: everything is new and the owners are very friendly and honest. If you've planned a stay in Siem Reap, you must sleep in the Rose Apple.

Why you must go to the Rose Apple:
1) First of all: You definitely get value for your money. I've travelled around the country and I can conclude that the price/value-relation of the Rose Apple is very good.
2) The location: it's very close to the centre of Siem Reap (the night market, pub street: you can do it on foot), but you can't hear the noise and the rush from the city.
3) Everything is very clean and it is also well furnished
4) The hosts (Ohn and Tim) are able to book good taxi and tuk-tukdrivers for you (they've a good network and know a lot of people). They can also suggest you some well organized trips.

Beautiful new guest house! 3-5 minute walk from the main square but unbelievably serene and quite. Spacious rooms, beautiful en-suite bathrooms. From bedding to balcony, this place is top notch. Cuisine was superb and I can find no negatives for this place. Must stay!

We recently had the privilege to be the very first guests at the newly renovated and expanded Rose Apple Guest House in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Service was excellent and very personable. The food was superb - and the full service restaurant hadn't even opened yet! The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and tastefully appointed. I loved the shower! The location is fantastic. Just slightly away from the main tourist are, it is quiet and serene; yet you can be at the famous Pub Street district in less than 10 minutes. I can't wait to return!

I was here with my mother, husband and my two Children. It was a very nice place to stay at in Siem Reap. There was a lot of effort put into the Guest House. The breakfast was very good too. Our driver that you Tim had organized was very kind too. He could also be a very good tour guide. He never got bored and always knew where he was going on his tuk-tuk. There have also been very nice food recommendations. Overall it was a very nice place with lots of opportunities and we went home with unforgettable memories.

Firstly, we would like to thank Tim for the medication and advice given when my bf fell ill upon reaching The Rose Apple. The place was quiet and away from town( 5 mins tuk tuk ride from pub street), which made it a perfect location for R&R. Having said that, a handphone will be provided upon check in with the numbers of reputable and trusted tuk tuk drivers which made it very convenient to get around.
Tim's knowledge of Siem Reap is extensive and will have great advice for places to visit.
We stayed in the smaller room which is big for 2. The small sitting area is useful for us to lounge around and I had one of the best sleep in Cambodia in The Rose Apple. The surroundings of the Rose Apple is amazing, with lush greenery, chipmunks scurrying in the garden.
Last but not least, Tim and Ohn also makes the effort to provide us with different breakfasts every morning. Takeaway breakfasts for the sunrise of angkor wat can also be arranged (which means they had to wake up eariler than us to prepare).

Thank you to this lovely couple for the wonderful stay and experience!
