I stayed here with 2 friends and we all loved it. Great location, outstanding service. Bo went above and beyond and made everything perfect. We hung by the pool most of the time, room was clean and spacious. They arranged logistics for some trips we took. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tropical resort style hotel with open air areas like the rooftop pool and rooftop restaurant. The location is about a block off the main road, so the hotel staff work hard to bring in customers. As soon as you come in, you're welcomed with wet towels and refreshments. They have great rooms and facilities. We had a large group and booked different rooms - a twin for 2, a double for 4, a room for 3 (extra bed), and an Executive Suite. The twin room was a bit tight. I highly recommend paying a little extra for the executive suite - King-sized bed, living room area, and a huge bathroom. The included buffet breakfasts had made-to-order eggs and noodle soup. The noodle soups were my favorite, and I had them every day. The hotel's biggest selling point is the service. Kim was especially helpful with scheduling our large group for the spa, airport transportation, and resolving any issues we had with billing. The front desk staff was always knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond, and the restaurant staff was always friendly and helpful.

Room tip: go for the Executive Suite with extras

Stayed here for 10 nights and have to say it was very very nice.
Huge room with a massive bath. Nice beds. Always clean and staff very friendly.
It's close to main centre of city and cheap god and drink on pub street short walk away.
The pool on the room was great with bar service. Oh and meals where nice too.
Best part nice massage. The traditional massage felt great after long day of walking around temples.

Stayed three nights out of seven in this wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, and the Rooms are spacious and clean. The delish breakfast is included, and so is the accessories the rooftop pool, which has been a blessing,, after exploring in the heat and dust all day. I wanted to explore the Angkor Wat area, and the hotel arranged a driver and an english speaking guide on the spot! Had a great 2 days with guide Suan Sokhom, doing the grand and the small tour at the Angkor area. Sokhum generously shared his knowledge about the cultural heritage of old and new cambodian society, and has an easygoing, humorous way of facilitating the practical issues and describing the unique details of each tempel . I definately recommend Sokhum to anyone interested in the Angkor area and history.
And I recommend the Hari Hotel and Spa to anyone travelling in Siem Riep.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are so nice! They helped us to organise a great tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples. Our tour guide Sokhom was very informative and friendly and made our whole tour easy! The hotel also gave us late check out as our flight was later in the day which was great! Highly recommend this hotel
