We are so happy we stayed, this hotel was recommended to us and we loved it. I wanted to stay in an authentic hotel and this previously being a culture centre with the teaching of Apsara dancing I felt would be perfect. There are many fascinating areas to discover with the Khmer architecture. The staff go out of their way to please you and greet you with a warm and welcoming smile. It takes no time at all to get to know the friendly staff, Girath the Manager is always there to assist you and Succa and Chia on reception are so lovely. The Tuk Tuk ride to the town is 10 minutes and the drivers are readily available for any tourist visit, when you go to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat just make sure your phone alarm is on local time and you're not waking up an hour earlier and startling the night staff arriving at reception at 4am!
After a busy day out sight seeing its comforting coming back to Angkor Spirit away from all the "hub" of the town to a quiet calming place where you can relax by the pool. The breakfast on the balcony upstairs has a beautiful outlook to the sunrise, pool and further to the rice paddy fields. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for affordability, location, ambience and friendly staff. Thanks for a wonderful time! Jenni G

I have lived in Cambodia for 12 months and this is the first hotel (or place) where it has been totally quiet......no beeping horns, no music. Will stay here again on my next trip. Free tuk tuks into town (and free pick up), good pool, great views from the restaurant. I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends.

Room tip: Room 109 is downstairs, on the end.

This hotel was recommended to us and we feel very fortunate that it was! Truly comfortable for a family - the most spacious rooms in all of Asia (in our experience). Outdoor gardens and pool, as well as distance from town, made it a delightful and quiet place to relax when we weren't out at the temples. Gracious staff always ready with a smile and happy to help with tour arrangements, but not at all pushy. Rooms spacious and adequately furnished, shower small for the Western body, but adequate. Included tasty breakfast and other meals eaten were also good.

Many stairs to restaurant might make it difficult for the disabled or elderly, but the staff quickly and happily brought meals to a lower level in order to help out my 74-year old mother. Tuk-tuk drivers kind and competent. Tour guide arranged through the hotel was a delight to spend the day with and went out of his way to take care of us - especially my mom. Magical!

Room tip: Ask to stay on the pool side for a little more sense of space!

This place is lovely, just far enough out of the city to be peaceful but close enough not to get caught up in the hustle and bustle. Whilst eating a beautiful breakfast in the superb restaurant, it is complimented by a surrounding vista of the serene rice fields and inviting swimming pool. When waking upon the early morn you are always greeted with a charming smile and friendly hello from the gracious staff who are always eager to accommodate. With their free tuk tuk service in and out of town, travel is hassle free. The hotel is decorated throughout with delectable stone carvings that give the feel of an ancient Angkor temple. I would strongly recommend this great hotel to all travellers looking to visit this beautiful part of the world.

Thankyou to Mr Khim and all his wonderful friendly staff for our 3night stay. With an inclusive simple made to order breakfast daily, enjoyable garden surroundings, afternoon pool swims and super cheap cocktails you can't beat the ornate traditional Khmer architecture. thank you for the free Siem Reap transfers and wifi.
We hope to be back one day.
