“Excellent hotel with great garden, pools and food”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

This is a very great hotel with good rooms at an excellent price. The pools are also cool just in the middle of gardens with beautiful orchids. In the hotel the people are very kind and you will get a refreshing welcome drink. They will also give you advices for day-trips to the temples and organize tuk tuks or taxis if you need it. The food at the restaurant is also advisable although not so cheap. I tried the typical kmer dishes and they were delicious.

We spent 3 night here. We had 1 queen bed and 1 single. Just a right space. They have 2 pool but not for small kids. Standard buffer breakfast. Fast WiFi. Restaurant is clean with yummy food but very limited option. A few things I don't like about 1) when we were arrived the receptionist guy recommend us to go to a buffer dinner. I don't blame on him 100% but we were tired travelling by road from Phnom Phen. He didn't explain the buffer is located somewhere. It was a huge restaurant with performance. No offence, I don't enjoy traditional performance. The environment were too loud for us with cranky 2 year old. It look like the hotel earns some commission or probably some business benefits. 2) They don't pick up laundry nor send to room. 3) We asked for a flat sheet, they only sent to room at 11.30pm. That was like 2 hours ago and we don't appreciate it once again because we had small kid.

We spent three great nights at the hotel. Do not be put off when you arrive down a little lane - the hotel is an Oasis. The staff speak English and are willing to help organise what ever your travel needs. The room is clean, large with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom is large, lots of hot water and plenty of amenities to make your stay perfect. There is free wifi and a safe in the room. We booked one of their special packages which included a free massage which was great.

We booked to see Angor at sunrise which meant we were to leave at 5 am. The hotel provided a hot cooked breakfast as a take away. It was so much food that we could not finish it. Breakfast is provided - they have a lovely full buffet breakfast plus a station that makes eggs to order. There is someone at reception 24 hrs.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Pub street and 15 minutes from the other attractions. There are plenty of Tuk Tuks outside the hotel. They also arranged a Taxi for us to Battambasbang. This is a service centric hotel and I suggest that you stay here. it is great value and you need to book in advance as they are often booked out.

This was an oasis in the middle of the town! Two clean pools, good service, clean air con rooms. They fixed everything for us - from tuk tuk rides to air plain tickets. They told us was we should pay, so we didn`t pay too much for the tuk tuk rides around town, the picked us up in Phnom Penh in mini van, and we had a pleasant drive along the countryside to Siem Reap.
Wery satisfied with this hotel!
We had two rooms for a family of five, teenagers, and the whole stay was very cheap!! Here you really get value for your money!!
Walking distance to Pub Street, Old Market and Night Market :) Perfect for our family!!

Room Tip: Rooms by the pool was great

Great hotel, with a nice pool, good breakfast and the room was large - with a king size bed with fresh flowers on the bed when they were made up. Bathroom was well stocked with everything including toothbrushes and tooth paste. We spent 3 nights here and it was 10 minute walk or 5 minutes by tuk-tuk into town.

Lovely hotel in Siem Reap, justs a couple of minutes by tuk-tuk from the main bars and restaurants. The pool is really nice, there are lovely palms trees about. They have a buffet breakfast which is quite good - there is also a chef there who will cook any eggs to your liking. The food in the evening is quite good too (the mushroom chicken is great) but it can be very quite as most people head into the town in early evening. It definetely is well worth staying here after a few hours trekking around Angkor Wat and surrounding temples (the pool is a life saver). It feels really tropical with the palms trees.

1) Spacious, clean rooms with WiFi and AC. 2) Quiet neighborhood. 3) The pool! and small garden. 4) Good breakfasts 5) Friendly staff.
Don't expect to eat something in the nearby Lonely Planet's recommended Sala Bai Restaurant - all places are always reserved.
