“the biscuits are unique and tasty”
Reviewed July 29, 2012

I like Madam Sachiko! They offered free tasting and are not pushy. The biscuits are yummy and crunchy, but not cheap for Cambodia's standard. I bought the Angkor Wat cookies as souvenirs. Some of the flavours are unique and delicious. I like lotus, green tea, black sesame etc..

“A little bit expensive”
Reviewed July 8, 2012

Saw boxes of their cookies at the airport and decided to visit their main store. The store is located just across Sofitel hotel and beside it is Cafe Puka Puka. You can have a free sample of the different flavors of cookies. My favorites were the coconut & black pepper flavor. Price range is $5 (small box of cookies) to $25 (chocolate). Also available are cashew nuts, tea, coffee & spices. Price are a little expensive but these cookies cannot be anywhere else, although the nuts coffee & tea you can find similar product at the Old Market.

“I don't see what all the fuss is about.”
Reviewed July 8, 2010

I was really excited about going to this place based on previous reviews I'd read. I made a detour on my way to one of the temples and was highly disappointed. The cookies were ok, but not spectacular and not worth the detour. Nice shop though...and free tasting.

“Delicious angkor cookies”
Reviewed December 31, 2008

Coming from Angkor Wat I decided to take a shake in Cafe Puka Puka, but ended in Madame Sachiko's cookie store eating delicious angkor cookies (made by Cambodian hands, with Cambodian ingredients). You can try all them all. They come in small packages of US$5 that contain around 20 small cookies. I bought a lot of "lotus cookies"... delicious and perfect with tea or coffee. Inside you will also find small Cambodian souvenirs.

Madame Sachiko's cookies are very popular with Japanese tourists but the staff also speak English. At present the small factory of Madam Sachiko's has around 60 employees, 99% of them Cambodian.
