We happened across this place by accident one hot afternoon after visiting some temples and stopped in for a lunch. We were in the mood for some Western food after so long in Asia and ordered a cheeseburger and a bacon club sandwich. Both were spot on by any standard. Looking at the menu I felt badly that we did not try any French dishes but we decided we would come back for dinner.

We did a couple nights later and ordered several dishes over a period of about two hours. It was a lovely meal. Classics like salmon tartar and duck breast were done very well indeed. Excellent house-made breads were a welcome touch. My only criticism is the front of the house cold use some help and training. I travel extensively in SE Asia so I am used to this, but hey, this place purports to be an upscale French restaurant. Enough said, but definitely worth a visit.

Very nice restaurant cafe in a French / European style. You could easily be sitting in a street cafe in Paris or Marseilles. We had some very nice spring rolls and beef carppacio with green salad two bottles of mineral water, two draft beers and two glasses of rose for just over $40 - which I thought was pretty reasonable.

Having said that the wine was VERY average and if the manager is reading this I would strongly recommend that he 'ups the profile' of his wine list and does a bit of research as to where he can source some better quality 'vins de table'.

Went to it last night after a recommendation and altering an existing booking. Never had such bad stakes or fish. All the food ordered was inedible. When we asked to speak to the chef or the owner no one turned up and when the management finally deigned to speak to us ( after the bill had been settled in full by us) he urged us to write this tripadvisor in the rudest and most mocking fashion. An overall disaster from an eatery with below average chefs, ingredients and an appalling, rudest and most disgusting management of any service establishment I've ever visited anywhere in the world

This restaurant was recommended to us by an absolutely lovely French lady who had worked and lived in Cambodia for over 20 years. We were so impressed after eating there the first time that we went back the following night as well. This restaurant has everything going for it. It is in the night market area which means that you can spend a lot of time before or after the meal shopping for whatever you can imagine, and few things you cannot. Despite being in a busy part of town, the garden-like setting creates a calming atmosphere in the middle of the chaos. The drinks, food, and service are excellent and the price is shockingly low, in keeping with Cambodia in general. We had two great meals and would have gone back again if we were not leaving Siem Reap the next day.
