I cannot say enough about the hospitality and kindness of the staff.
The architecture and interior styling complimented the whole temple experience, without impacting on modern comforts
5 Stars is not enough

Great location near Night Market. Friendly hotel employees. Shout out to Sourou, the front desk lady who picked us up from the airport. She was very professional and always making sure our needs are met. Fast wifi. Great selections for breakfast. Big bedrooms with separate shower & toilet area. Get the fish amok at the restaurant. Employees showing great hospitality and Cambodia culture. Everyone make us feel like part of the family. I will recommend this place to all. Avoid the BIG and thousand rooms hotel. Book this place.

Staff
I cannot say enough about how amazing and accommodating the staff was during our entire trip. This started with the airport pick up and some fresh coconut juice and continued to refreshments while checking in. The staff also worked with us to organize a unique tour as my husband and I had special requests. The guide provided for our tour was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Rooms
We had an upgraded room that was very sizable and with great AC. It was clean and well laid out. The balcony designed for 2 people was quite lovely as well.

Location
This hotel is located right by the night market and pub streets. The hotel helped arrange and negotiate tuk-tuk drivers to nearby restaurants, which was only a few dollars.

Food
The daily breakfast had cold and hot foods. There were brothy soups and other delights that we enjoyed during our stay. Quite a few options for every pallet. We also got to enjoy cappuccino's and latte's every morning.

Overall experience
I would stay in this hotel in a heartbeat again!

Our time at the Golden Temple Boutique was the best hotel experience we have ever had, anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, our room was huge and tastefully decorated. It's a five star property based on the facilities alone. But what really sets it apart are the people. They obviously make service a priority, and it shows from the minute you arrive.

We had arranged for transfer from the airport, and Diamond was waiting for us when we stepped outside with scarves, drinks and a cold towel. From that point forward and during our entire time in Siem Reap, the hotel staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable and all of our needs taken care of. And it wasn't done in a way that made it seem like it was just their job; without fail, every single employee came across as genuinely involved and friendly. And not just the front desk staff - in the dining area, the cleaning crew, it was everyone.

I want to specifically recognize Song Ha and Diamond, who work at the front desk. While everyone was great, these two treated us as friends and made our trip extra special. Can't say enough about how great they were.

Our booking included a 60 minute massage in the spa, and it was the best massage either of us have ever had. It was so good we booked another massage for the next day. The spa staff were professional and kind.

We were also celebrating our 20th anniversary on this trip. The hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. I don't want to get into specifics and ruin any surprises for anyone else who may consider staying here for their anniversary, but I would highly recommend it. They not only had some great surprises for us, but were all excited to see our reactions. It's starting to sound like a broken record, but it is just because it is true - they were genuinely invested in making sure our anniversary was special.

We booked a car and driver for two days through the hotel to get to the temples, and that was fantastic as well. Our driver, Vi Rath was great, and became a friend that we still keep in touch with. He was waiting for us each morning when we came down from the room, and each day had plenty of water on hand to get us through the heat. I felt completely safe the entire time we were riding with him and exploring the temples.

The breakfast was amazing each day, with many options that were all delicious and fresh. The pool area was beautiful, and nice to look at from the dining area.

This is a long review, but I felt like it needed to be to explain just how wonderful this property and the people who run it were. Trust all of these five star reviews, this is the place to stay in Siem Reap.

Thank-you to all of the staff for helping to make our 20th anniversary and our stay in Siem Reap one of our most memorable trips ever.
