Checked into Rosy Guesthouse for three nights and had a great time. The location is excellent, near to town but quiet enough to get some sleep. The hotel are clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The bar is an excellent place to relax with a drink and a meal.

I originally booked into the Rosy's for 3 nights and kept extending and ended up staying for 14 nights. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the lounge upstairs is fantastic for just chilling out and relaxing. The bar and restaurant at Rosy's is a fantastic meeting place for swapping stories and chatting with other travellers or the wave of expats that pop in for a beer most nights. The location is great too - short trip by tuk tuk or if you are feeling energetic it is nice 15 minute along the riverside into the centre of town. I loved staying here and would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Rachel, Simon and her lovely team running this guesthouse for accommodate the travellers from all over the world.

The whole guest house is not just a place for meeting freiends, have good sleep, or visit the most famous Angkor, it really becomes an Icon of Siem Reap among the travellers.

Rosy Bar of course provide very yummy European dishes with Cambodian style. it is mild, not that spicy in compare with the food on the street.

When you stay in their rooms, all the rooms with handouts introduce the good spots for signtseeing, eatting, shopping, making fun with good memory.

When other travellers prefer to stay near Angkor, I would really like their common are, playing the Wii game with my honey, making jokes, or maybe relax on the balcony in second floor.

Their stuff are very Glocolized people, stayed in Cambodia for long period and know Siem Reap in different dimamsion.

Okay, after a long day trip in Angkor, Drinking the draft Tiger beer in Rosy Bar, share the photos and experience with other backpackers would be a great ending of the day.

Thanks Rachel, thank Simon, Great Place, Great Staff.

I stayed at Rosy's for 7 nights and had a really good time there. The stuff is very helpful and friendly and will help you with everything you need. Though it is a little out of town or better because it is settled in a great location. The Market is in walking distance - about 15 slow-walking-minutes. It is very quiet there and you stay out of the noisy and really busy Pub Street Area. The food was very good and reasonable!
I would definitely go back there when I am in Siem Reap again!!

Rosy guesthouse was our first stop in cambodia and it was great. We were welcomed by name and taken straight to our room which was very nice and tidy and had comfortable beds.
The guesthouse had a welcoming homely feel to it, with tv and DVD in our room, a nice communal balcony with views of the river and a good restaurant and bar down stairs we didn't need to go elsewhere.
The staff at rosy were what made it the best for us, they were all very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately during our stay there siem reap was experiencing full power outs but the staff at Rosy did everything they could to make our stay just as comfortable, there was candles lit all over the hostel and were also kept going all night if needed.
It is in a good location if your not all about pub street or just after temples. It is inbetween the both making it a bit quieter at night but still very accessable during the day.

My husband and I stayed at Rosy Guest House for 3 nights while in Siem Reap. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, with staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The room had air conditioning, a TV and DVD player, and the lobby has a large selection of DVDs that you can choose from for free to watch while you're there. The staff will help you with anything you could possibly need, and there are many brochures for things to do. There is also a nice food menu with both Western and Khmer choices. Everything that we ate there was delicious and the price was very reasonable. There are usually people in the lobby to chat with and the guest house is not too far away from the Old Market. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Siem Reap, and if we are ever able to go back, we would stay there again.

Stayed at Rosy's for a week, with friends. A tuk tuk had been arranged to pick us up, which made things much easier!! Rooms were always cleaned daily and were comfortable (air con/fan) free bottled water provided daily, free wifi, nice balcony upstairs good for late night chats with other travellers!!!Food was good, awesome bar downstairs, but within walking distance of pub st if wanting a change. Really enjoyed my time at Rosy's, staff are very friendly and helpful, great atmosphere, I felt right at home :) Have had friends stay elsewhere but so far I would say Rosy's is one of the better guest houses, and will definitely recommend Rosy's to others!! Planning to head back to Siem Reap mid year and hope to stay at Rosy's again!
