I'll admit that I know the family and that we come here often enough, but it stikes me that I never leave upset about a waiter/waitress, a cold dish, or slow service. They just know how to run a really good restaurant and put out good food. Our eggplant and mozzerella appy was really good and the humus plate nicely done. My scallops with bacon were seared nicely and perfectly cooked. Good wine and beer selection as well. Mattar himself is the perfect host.
